As a farmer, I can only say what I know about the profit and loss in agriculture. No crop will give a steady returns in every season, for example Tomatoes and onions will go up-to Rs 100 a kilo some times but many times Farmers don't even get Rs 2 per kilo where as the growing and harvesting cost itself goes above Rs 5 per kilo. It is almost the same for all the vegetables. So to earn Rs 400 crore even from 8000 acres of land is very difficult. i. e earning Rs 5 lakhs net per acre all the time from all the crops. Is just not that easy but for me I just can't digest it to be true.
The main thing is that why you grow only and only tomatoes on 8000 acres of land you grow varieties of vegatables so when one crop is in loss then the other crop which will give you high profit can cover your tomatoes loss So be a wise farmer bro 😅
@@ahmadkhokhar5815 bro nowhere I have said to grow only one crop on entire 8000 acres, you grow whatever number of crops you like to but my point is that you can not earn same Rs 5 lakhs from each and every acre of land. That's my point

He is jus beating around the bush , no practicality, jus Hawai Mahal. Mai abhi baaton baaton mein 10 crore acre pe kheti karke unlimited income stats bta dunga. But jisne real mein ground level pe practical karna pta usko hai ,
Where will he store 4000 acre land ki crop he doesn't have that storage.
He didn't talk about losses.
He didn't tell about how much is the theka or lease money paid to the landowner , he is totally impractical.

Kudos to the very simple and incisive questions and even simpler and clear answers. This is absolutely the best agriculture related video I have seen. Excellent work all around
80% of the farmers can't take risks to do something new as they don't have enough money and additional knowledge other than traditional farming, farmers stay in communities and you can't be so different. Showing practical earnings and giving them financial assurance will help medium farmers to try something experimental. Seeing agriculture from a business perspective can make your decisions better. I'm in Canada I can say how lucky we are to have 4 seasons and fertile land in our country, Future farms will be aligned and automated. Cheers to all entrepreneurs and young farmers who are trying to shift the dynamics of Bharat's agriculture. I hope, I'll be doing the same in the near future. ❤🌾

4000 acre is close to 16000 bhiga in UP 1 bhiga = 20 bisuwa
Agar bhai itni zameen ho na to mai bhi 400 CR krlu easily currently we earn 5 lakh from 5 bigha
