nah, you'll only have skill 2 cd from those or dmg reduction. Best ones are Shiryu, MF Shanks, and MF Marco set
Shiryu = 8% cd after KO
MF Shanks = 8% cd after KO
MF Marco = 8% cd after an ally KO
They're all in Marineford which gives you 20% skill 1 cd reduction

Some casuals saying OG Roger would have a hard time against Runner Shanks, OG Roger can literally trigger his 1hp trait in 1 Kamusari.
Dark Runner Roger is a better Runner than Light Runner Shanks because he moves faster and ignores units and just caps flags, LR Shanks has better fighting capabilities though by just a bit so at the end of the day OG Roger is a better choice to summon if you have less than 2.5K Diamonds because OG Roger guarantees for 1K Diamonds.
He nullifies status effects when holding skill 2 doesn't get immobilized faster Kamusari CD and stronger as well and 2taps units when ATK is full stacks, LR Shanks is clear bait for Yonko BB that's coming out next week that will counter LR Shanks and Light Units.

That's literally what I thought, I had 1.5k + rds and wasn't sure whether to try my luck and summon for shanks or get a guaranteed Roger,I decided to summon on shanks till I ran my rds to about a thousand and summoned guaranteed Roger.
I fragged him to LV. 91 and I'm already getting 4 KO's per match in high SS+ league. I'd recommend to everyone to summon Roger simply because it's actually worth the price compared to shanks which is mad expensive.
