  • Updated video in answering the question Can You Take Prenatal Vitamins for Faster Hair Growth? After my last video testing out prenatal vitamins for hair growth, I had to post an updated video with recent information regarding prenatal vitamins and hair growth. In today's video, I will be discussing the safety in taking prenatal vitamins if you are not pregnant and if prenatal vitamins can actually grow your hair while pregnant.
If you are pregnant, have you personally noticed hair growth while taking prenatal vitamins? As always, I am NOT a hairstylist, hair care professional, nor am I a medical professional. Nothing I say in this video should be perceived as medical advice. Everyone who clicks or watches this video will acknowledge that I am just a girl with a camera, vlogging my personal experience in taking prenatal vitamins prior to my first pregnancy, and during both of my first pregnancies.

My husband is a physician and he recommends taking prenatals for any woman who’s in the age range of getting pregnant. I guess because just Incase you do get pregnant even if it’s not planned then you get the vitamins you need because when they are most vital in the first few weeks of development. I could be totally explaining that wrong but I believe that’s what he told me

That's what I was told by my PC. The brand that I use doesn't seem to have a ridiculous over abundance of anything. I like the fact that mine has the vitamin A in 100% beta carotene versus the other forms.

  • @AllThingsFitnessandLifestyle

Different ppl say different things. A doc suggested any woman in her reproductive years should take them, whether pregnant or not. It’s the nutrients that helps.

I just recently talked to my doctor of which vitamins were best like what’s the difference between the choices of vitamins. She said one a day is great but to stay away from the gummies , before in life the dentist also said not to take gummie vitamins, too much sugar and promotes a lot of sugar and can cause cavities. Also I do think carrying boys do very good things to your body when it comes to glowing skin and hair . My girl just made me fat and ugly , my feet got so big because of her and my arms my hair flourished with my last boy .

Yes, you can, pregnancy Vitamins are quite weak in comparison to HSN Vitamins. There's nothing to worry about. Ask your Dr if you want but keep in mind that some Dr's want you sick so they can make more money (obviously but still, just keep it in mind).

I have always had large breasts and never experienced them getting bigger (just being pregnant severely expanded my girls), but I would assume everyone would react differently. Definitely need to ask your doctor to see if it’s medically possible.
