There's no future in Kashmir... even earning the highest degree in the world isn't sufficient here. As a PhD student, I understand how challenging it is to pursue studies in your late twenties. After putting in so much effort and gaining an education, if one still can't secure respect and a good secure job to support their family, what can we expect from the government?
Academic Arrangement in Jammu and Kashmir Colleges is worse like prostitution. I am sorry to write all this shit. But, academic arrangement will give you the life worse than an animal. I suggest everyone don't try to be part of this until and unless government allows you to take/draw a respectable amount or due wages as per UGC norms.
