Just wanted to say thank you for sharing your trade with us. You have a way with turning anything simple into something with such class and elegances. Many thanks again as I have learned so much from watching you.
Gorgeous and elegant😍 Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful design.
Thanks as always for a beautiful project! Another name for the type of leather in this project is Saffiano. It is a very pretty and very durable leather, nice and thin but strong. Nicely shown off in this wallet, too.
Man, what an absolutely wonderful example of your outstanding leatherworking skills. I love to watch you!
I love see what other craftsmen do and the I talk to my partner and develop new ideas. Every craftsmen is an inspiration
Honestly, your work is very cool and 100% clean. I wish you all the best

Thanks. although I'm not fun of Long wallet like that, who carries a lot of credit cards good for them. I have Suffiano leather, but not yet used. I saw Prada use that type of leather in their leather goods, but did not know that those are Suffiano leather. Thanks for the Video.
I notice you have upgraded to KS Blade irons and finally have a stitching clam....great.
bitchen In your earlier youtube video I noticed you had some old pricking irons and one with a broken tooth. It seems you have got some new ones from KS Blade. You also used to stitch by hand but I see now you have a stitching pony to hold the work whilst stitching.
I love your videos. I was wondering what glue you are using. Thank you!
Beautiful! What thickness leather are you using for these and other wallets? Stunning
- THANK YOU !!!!
- A Great looking wallet.
- On your pattern printout - #5 of 21 & # 16 of 21, are not fully shown due to the placement of the " 45. Making Leather Long Wallet ". [ heading ] Could you please redo this print by raising the heading. I have noticed this problem with some of the other patterns that you have.
- I am looking for wallet patterns that I can use to make wallets and give as Christmas Gifts. I like your designs the best.
- You make a great video, which teaches with patience. Keep up the great job that you are doing so well. 👍👍👍👍👍
Is there a problem printing?
really sorry.
If you send us an email, we will send you just the pattern without a title.
hi friend, please tell me what reinforcing materials do you use? thank you
hey :)) I lost my original comment, but I wanted to thank you for your skiving machine recommendation. I was able to find a seller for a SunStar machine and I love it. Keep making videos
It seems luxury wallets are made with lined card pockets and thus use less leather and have a folded edge which some say is a week point for wear. However it looks like a more involved process than just using all leather overlapping pockets which are unlined. From a production point of view which way do you think is the most economical when you consider material cost vs labour time? What was you thought process in the wallet design? Did you consider using all leather and no fabric pocket lining? Is this the way you learnt? Or is it just to keep overall bulk down considering the number of overlapping pockets?
This is a question to think about a lot.
I will also consider.
Thanks for the advice.
Had a computer lockup. Lost all saved patterns and files. Not ahugh problem as I shall enjoy reviewing each pattern again. Gooh health. Ron
I would like to read up on that skiving machine you used in the beginning of the video please. I’m sure I can’t afford one but good to know about. I’ve done a few of your projects and love them. Thx for good responses to my inquiries.
The skiving machine I use is a Korean product.
The model name is Sunstar (KM-76).
It works well without any problems in use.
If you have any further questions, please email me at any time.
thank you
Hi Sir, this is an outstanding performance. I am very impressed with your skills. Did you use the bell skiver to reduce the tickness to 0.8 and what is the space between the edge and the stitching line 2mm from the edge. I made exactly the same wallet as per your instructions but I failed to stitch it as you do. when i stitch, the edge looks vary bad as the most probably because the leather is too tick or the stitch is close to the edge.
Could you show me a picture of the new product you made?
I would like to see where the problem occurred.
Could you list the tools names and products like glue used? I would love to makes these as Christmas gifts. Thank you
where can I get one 😤😭😭😭
so simple and elegant and beautiful... just perfect 😍😍😍😍😍
Very nice tutorial / make along - thank you it helped me alot. Where do you buy the adhesive sponge and how thick is it ?
what is the brand of awl griffe you use? at 8:23, it looks thick and very good quality. i see you use that to create border line for folding edge
I don't think the tools I used were branded.
It's just a regular awl.
thank you
Thank you for another great upload. What is the name of leather used for this wallet?
please tell me how thick is the salamander leatherboard)))
Thank you so much )
Hello Master at 17:52 min of the video what is the glue brand that you are using???? It looks really good, I know it's contact cement, but which maker or brand??? I appreciate if you could post a link on where to buy it . Thanks a lot. I am big fan of your craftsmanship
It was beautiful. Could you give some information about ink and glue?
The adhesive I used is "KENDA FARBEN" from Italy.
And tell me the time of the video what ink you're referring to.
Firstly, thank you for your generosity. Please can you tell me what Leather Board 0.4t is, please? Is it Webtex? Kind regards Warren.
The leather board you mentioned is a different reinforcing material than Webtex.
Webtex is a somewhat hard stiffener, but Leatherboard stiffener is a bit soft.
If you search for Leather board on the Internet, you will find a lot of information.
thank you
Hello what kind of paper do you use for pattern? its seems very stiff and not really paper. is it plastic? Can you please give the name of the glue you use?
The paper used for the pattern is a typical thick drawing paper.
The adhesive used in the video is "KENDA FARBEN".
what is the name of the black fabric that you glue to the 11/12 part?
thanks

It is a thin nylon cloth.
It is usually used as a lining for card compartments.
Is the skin thinned up to 0.7 mm or is there ready-made leather with such a thickness?
That leather is very stiff. Is it because it has been split very thin and then gum paste refinished on the raw side?
I did not understand the content of the question.
Sorry, would you please let me know again?
bitchen The temper of that leather seems to be very firm. It looks as though it has been spilt very thin. Refinishing is what they do with various types of gum paste to smooth the raw side after splitting. I was just wondering if it is that process which gave that type of leather such a firm temper?
Hello! to what thickness of millimeters you thin the leather on the pockets, and what is the thickness of the pocket after bending
Do you mean the thickness when folding the leather on the top of the card compartment?
It is about 0.6~0.7mm.
At 15:28 I would use a back stitch rather than a running stitch, just a little stronger.
Greetings, stay safe n healthy, at 29.00 you used sticky material, what is that thing called, is this adhesive pu or paper, kindly guide.also at the end did u use edge paint or simple dye colour

I think you're referring to a skiving machine.
The machine I use is a machine made by a company called "sunstar" in Korea.
