Hi there, I have completed my video interview for the Spring Week at Morgan Stanley and was wondering on what factors they use in order to progress candidates through to the next stage. Would they look at CV, CL, Test Scores in addition to performance in the video interview - or would they just focus on the video interview on whether to progress into the next stage. Thank you :)
