I was playing this game earlier and the difference is night and day compared to ultimate. I used to play melee and smash four at the same time I never really felt a difference between the two maybe when I first started out. But going from ultimate to this game is crazy. I need to play brawl and see how that feels.
the moment at 5:59 is actually scarily similar to a moment that happened in MuteAce vs MKLeo at Genesis 9. Same side of the stage and everything.

It's interesting to think sm4sh was optimized pretty quickly and ultimate is stilp getting to development as some characters like falco, duck hunt, bowser jr, bayonetta, min min, and marth are good characters but completely unoptimized. Maybe one day ultimate will be as optimized as melee is today
Smash 4 is still not fully optimized because characters like Pikachu, Lucas and Lucario weren't optimized to their fullest

As a Mexican who lived in Louisiana for many years, it's kinda hard to decide who to cheer on. Good stuff to both players!
I know Samsora is the underdog but come on. The commentary was super against him. He'd be even percents 1st stock and they'd be talking like he already lost. Sure it's Marth's favor, but Leo has 3 other characters that are worse matchups. Marth is not that bad, chill. Leo is playing it masterfully, but Samsora is in grands for a reason. You're killing all the hype for the set too. You're practically saying "nothing to see here. This is about to be over and we know who's going to win. Might as well not watch."
I mean can you really blame them? Leo was the one who sent Samsora to Losers in the first place in decisive fashion. He didn't drop a set all tournament and his opponents practically surrendered in GF of Doubles. MK Leo is number 1 for a reason.
