Body image ASMR aura cleanse and healing

This is a channelled video I was guided to create. Together with Spirit, we created an energetic container for healing any stuck energies you may be holding in your auric space specifically around body image/body confidence. This is perfect for someone who has social anxiety about what other people think of them that affects their ability to live authentically as an individual in their human body. This is a very soft and gentle healing session that will allow you to feel safe and loved while you release the confines of what other people think of you, so you can find your true self unobstructed by that judgement.
