Thank you so much Suj. Best diy deck build videos ive seen on the tube. Great attention to detail.👍
Haha, thanks for the great comment, Tony 👍😁
Wow the amount of preservatives you put on the frame youd think you lived in the rain forest! Great job
Got to be one of the most thorough and solid decks ever built!!!
Thanks for the great comment, Lewis 👍
Man...what a detailed person you are Suj! I love every detail you put into it and hearing your thinking behind those details. Very polished. And those risers...I’m not even sure we have those here, but they look handy!
Great video!
G’day mate, this is a sturdy deck & I love the risers, we live in a time of innovative components being available & affordable & that’s a nice thing, the tape you use is a fantastic inclusion also.
I had to laugh when you spoke about mowing the decking lol, great idea adding weed mat mate, looking forward to the next part 👍👍👍
Awesome Sujith.. Amazing video. One day I will not just watch the videos but also put them to use 😃
Keep it coming dude. Awesome work. Shows your passion in DIY.
Haha, thanks bossman 😁👍
Thanks for sharing this with us, Suj. I`m about to start constructing my own deck subframe and this has given me a few ideas, particularly regarding the flashing tape. I was wondering whether it was just me who over-engineered things when doing things like this, but we both know that if we`re going to the time, trouble, pain & expense of doing something like this, you only want to do it once, eh? Inspied!
Nice decking Suj! see you in the next one.
@@SujMenon thanks Suj. We are hundreds of miles away and the island itself is 30 mi off the coast and is perpetually blowing off to some degree (in fact it vents the volcanic system of the whole Nth Island)- those poor buggers just picked the wrong day.
i like ur videos (:
Where did you get those 150x150mm post from?
Thank you very much.
Talk about overkill haha ,, you have been able to do this for a quarter of the money and it has been just as good ojoj ,, :-)
Thanks Inge. 👍. I can't deny or confirm about the money spent part 😉, but I feel it looks great.... haha 😅
@@SujMenon Yes it looks very great :-)
Great job! I think they Cost you more money on all preservatives material.
Thanks, yes, prep work is key. It takes extra time, but well worth it. Nothing more annoying to see a deck support start to rot, after all the hardwork put into building it.
What’s a ratchet? A wee bit bigger than a mouse shit 😂
