- One person died and another suffered injuries in a blast inside a university compound in Manipur's Imphal on Friday. The blast is suspected to be caused by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED).

There are. Meitei cannot identify kukis from other nagas or other tribes and they don't check every single person roaming in the imphal area like kuki does in churachanpur. So, they can easily roam around in imphal (meitei area). Dont try to fool people.

Definitely done by kuki. Meiteis are liberal by nature, and there are nagas living among meiteis and tbh meitei cannot differentiate between nagas and kukis or meitei. Since meitei cannot understand kuki or naga languages (disadvantages) but in churachanpur kuki can identify who meiteis are very easily, so hunting down meitei is very easy. Meitei dont check each and every person walking in their region so, it's very easy for them to personate as meitei and roam around in the city and no one would have any doubt.
