- In this tutorial i will show you how to add order tracking page on Shopify store for free and add track your order section in a step by step beginner's tutorial with the code available below and without using any Shopify order tracking page apps that require a monthly subscription.
Having an order tracking page on Shopify can be so helpful and beneficial, with an order tracking page your customers will have a clear view of your orders just from your Shopify store on the order tracking page, from the time they're placed until they arrive at their destination.
This makes it easier for your customers to keep track of their products that purchased from your store, as well as any changes or updates that may occur throughout the process, So knowing how to add order tracking page on your Shopify store is must thing to know and will so beneficial to your clients.

i did add this to my store, however when i dont understand excaktly how it works and how you can use it. and when i type in a random text in the order tracking i get ads on my site..... can you maybe make/link another order tracking page? would mean a lot. otherwise i think your videos are very helpful :)

I followed the directions but when I check the test email on my laptop computer it shows the “order#9999” in the wrong place and it makes my email logo image look off center. Please help!

When i put an order number to see if it works it doesnt do anything and when i installed it it had code on the order tracking page on my store. First make sure your Shopify account Gmail have been verified, then you'll be able to find the shipping confirmation

When I copy the ORDER TRACKING SCRIPT, the line number are copied as well. I have selected "Show HTML" and I can't delete the line numbers after they are copied on to dialogue box. Any suggestions?

This isn't to track an order status as you mentioned, this is to track a tracking number. Customers don't really need this feature on a store's website.

I have added everything half of the video, but when went to notification and click notification on my store I didn’t see a shipping page or shipping confirmation. Can someone help me with it so I can finish with tracking page thanks

But i resolved that issue.. For this issue to be resolved go in notifications . There u can see customer notification center ND after clicking customer notification u can see shipping confirmation. And then do the same like explained in the video

this does not work. I put in a tracking number, and a weird box appears that says 17 track, all in one packaging tracking. a google ads pops up in a small box window.

great vids!, i used this code so i could have different image banners for mobile and desktop, but the mobile one isn't showing fully and they're both very bad quality even tho im 100% sure the images are fine. Any solutions?

Really awesome video! Was testing out the 17track site and noticed it has an issue processing Fedex tracking numbers. I don't think its an issue with the code because when I went on the site separately it still was not working. Fedex is a major carrier here in the USA. Is there a workaround this?

Can you create a video to explain how to edit email templates on Shopify. I have uploaded my logo to the email, but the Track Order and Visit Our Store links in the default email do not work. There is no option to edit code, so how do I make these two buttons work?

Thank you for your video, but a little issue, when i try to track an order, it asks me for captcha, i tried like 30 times, and it keeps saying wrong captcha. however it is working on mobile, but not on desktop, any fix for that?
or is it just me somehow?
You're very welcome, Im afraid the captcha is being called by the third party tracking code that the page has to prevent bots so its diffucult for me ti point the issue, do you have an adblocker ? because that can block the tracking code that might tracks the captcha inputs, Also try on incognito mode or different browser.

@@OnHOWGuy I sure did done it 4 times and still didn’t work so was extremely confused as to why I even checked the line of code was different also based on the numbers you was at 102 I think my line was like 110 there was a difference I then didn’t edit I placed the code then pressed save to see if it would save and it did come up with the error as I thought it was me so please double check the code as I think it is incorrect
