I would honestly encourage women to put their effort into their strenghts, which is not necessarily physical but mental and maybe come up with inventions that would give them equal ability in the firefighting industry. @@frillylily8005 Many FDs throughout America lowered the testing standards as a result of POC complaining that the tests were racist as they failed at a higher rate. So between lowering standards for females and POC you no longer have your best. And if you are fine with that, then keep that same energy when they start doing the same for Airline pilots and times of war. Just make sure that you request a diverse pilot. Also 85% of firefighters are white, but racism isn't the reason that they have a higher percentage of FFs. You can argue nepotism though, however everyone passed the tests without crying foul. The number of POC can and will increase, but we should get the most capable and leave the lazy crybabies out.
