Mango cut pieces- 10 cups
Salt - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Fenugreek - Asafoetida powder - 1 tbsp
Mustard- 2 tbsp ( seasoning)
Mustard - 1/4 cup
Oil - 1 cup - Zábava
Vanakkam viewers. This pickle needs sweet taste in it.Its unique.can substitute Jaggery or palm sugar that's all.Spicy pickle is totally different.

Hi Mam,
In our traditional Rajapalayam mango pickle we usually use vellam(jaggery) and we don’t use white sugar.
The taste is amazing when u use jaggery.
Please do avoid white sugar and it’s my kind request.
