Tbh Snoopy AND Beans should’ve stayed. They were easily Boston’s best players (for what that’s worth). Snoopy has potential and is a good player, he just has growing to do. Also we can’t act surprised as if Boston hasn’t already made it clear he’s their future (heading forward [as of rn]).

I like that they've parted with the Olympics. But, that's just what the EWC should have been. A World Cup style event SHOULD have had national teams, and a medal system. As far as game titles for the Olympics, I think you're right, Rab. Definitely gotta be the more PC games... Wonder if they would even consider having Starcraft..? Wonder if this push for world esports leads to a more marketable style of FPS game that features "knock outs" rather than kills to be a little more family friendly. Hard to make a game like that not feel really lame LOL....

7:37 I don't think clay is washed up, he definitely is past his prime but he is better than other players currently in the cdl. The problem Clay had with Carolina is that he found himself needing to be more of a backup to assist his teammates rather than be able to play more selfish and pull his own weight. he wasnt able to play how he can because his team actively held him back from progressing. If Carolina switched out some of their other players and kept Clay as the main AR/ potential leader of the group i could see clay and Carolina as a whole playing much better.
I mean.....Clayster>Arcitys on that roster regardless of "washed" or not. EWC is 100% LAN as well

Too many of these teams do the dumbest stuff. When looking for players, they mainly take ones from the challengers team that won and/or pick the same people over and over and take their friends and who they vibe with good. Just bc a team doesn't win doesn't mean there isn't a good player on that team. Also, if you want to win, you need to get the best player, and not someone just bc you're friends with them. They need to give the younger guys a chance and not wait until they've been in challengers for 7 or 8 years. You never know what will happen if you just take the player with the best numbers and who makes good plays no matter how bad their team is. They will help your team out way more and they might be great to vibe with and become a great friend. Even if you don't like each other, you should be able to work together to get the job done. But no, they choose the same people over and over and it continues to fail.

When I watched Boston, Snoopy would be putting up the best numbers on his team. Sure they were ass, but I would keep him and try surround him with a good squad going into BO6. (Also if snoopy was dropped and Slasher stayed on, they would still be ass and most likely would’ve went on that same losing streak)
People always crying over Prestiah getting dropped, but the guy is terrible. Got carried by MVP Hydra, 99 Kis, and Skyz dropping a 1.5. His impact was over hyped.
Unfortunately though he had great comms and played obj a lot. With sib coming in skyz had to take over the pdawg role and everyone is shitting on him for it the same way they were shitting on Preston last year
He was a huge part of that champs run. Had some huge clutches, go rewatch champs

People love to see fancy plays, but if your not getting shit on for most of the game you generally don't need to make some huge clutch play. Kis and Skyz were FRYING. You can swap Prestiah with another player on that team and NYSL still wins Champs.

It's so easy to cheat now, with all these firmware based motherboard hacks that allow you to stream the cheats from another PC on to your main. And or just having hardware + firmware based cheats is pretty much undetectable. One of them costing well over 800 for the set up and then 400 a month, each month!
