    not a professional but i detail my car and let me tell you, the time that goes into it when you’re doing a full paint correction. pre rinse, for an fun, tar remover, iron remover, wash, dry, clay bar, wash, dry, polish, (one or two steps) wax, quick detailed/sealant abs that’s just the outside. i would charge $100 an hour

    Only suggestion I have is a studio light or something of that sort to give a brighter video especially when you move from out of the sunlight to inside of the garage

    I'm not sure if u done this but your supposed to flip the claybar each time you clean a part so your not using a dirty side to a clean part

    Overall a very nice detail indeed. Only one tiny thing: at the end of the video there are some fingerprints on the center display :) (26:42 - 26:45)
    It's always a nice feeling seeing a car become clean again. Heck, even just a quick vacuum and dusting off with a microfiber cloth can make it look better.

    Hi Chris. When I want to get a tough stain out I use Fuller Brush degreaser. Depending on the stain I will dilute it till I'm using full concentration. Most of the time this works and leaves the carpet beautiful.

    I hope your pressure washer didn’t scratch the car after it looked like it hit it , lol , plumbers putty does the same thing as clay bar does , I used it on my 4 door Ram truck and oh wow i what a shine it had and looked really great after i waxed it , and it only costs $2 versus $15 !! Nice job on the car !

    I'd tear the tags of any of your micro fiber towels just to prevent some scratching especially that drying towel

    Not nitpicking, but u went over the lower half of the car then went back up top without scrubbing the mitt on a grit guard and or rinsing the mitt . That destroyer grey is to sweet to scratch up, wifey has a DG charger . I have a ton of coating on it. And as u know that sun is not your friend. I actually use my aenso pure shampoo with fictech sprinkle in a bucket with 6 plush MF towels. I live by the GD method. The end result is the best part of the job... nice work.

      It varies on the detail itself and the condition of the car and also if the place u got it done from is renowed its name i would say its fair

      All depends on service and condition. (In SoCal) For 200 I usually do Wash,Claybar,Wax + interior. But it all depends on Condition & type of vehicle

    I’d take probably 12-14 hours to complete the car and I’d charge $350 minimum depending any correction. Sometimes cars and trucks that seem semi clean already are harder details. You gotta work harder to impress the customer. Great job and awesome attention to detail! I can’t imagine the editing process! Great job on the camera work!

    Very impressive! Too bad he is not near Pasadena Ca and wonder if how much more for SUV Acura RDX? Maybe $150 to $200? My vehicle needs a good detail from the outside, but the inside is fine.

    We do the minimum at my detail shop we charge 185$ for full detail 15 minute prep job an hour for the exterior and a hour for the interior I have never seen the foam spray you used with the power washer and I have never seen the power scrub thing you used on the seats and tires where did you buy those at

    Great job Chris, looks brand new! I’m 13 and I want to start detailing cars since I always clean everyone’s cars in my neighborhood and have the equipment to start, but I still don’t know about some things. Like I want to clean the cars in my driveway but how do the customers get home because I wouldn’t have them sitting at my house. What do you do?

      Thanks for watching! Not being mobile can be difficult sometimes but really if they want it done they need to have someone come in a separate car and then get dropped off again when the car is done

    Great job, I unfortunately can’t suds up the entire car before the soap dries, because where I wash is always windy. So I do half of the car at a time...

    What APC do you use? I’m using Turtle Wax Big Orange & LAs Totally Awesome APC but doesn’t produce enough foam even with the right dilution ratio. How do you detailers do it? Nice work on the Dodge!

    I'm saying a good 3 hours for drying time with wax and polish...and I'm say price about 250.00..this is a AMAZING JOB!! ..you should do this mobile detailing for serious customers

    Time wise I would guess 12 hrs minimum. I like the Challengers. Do you think it sits higher than Mustangs & Canaria? It looks taller. As far as price, I got a quote on my Stinger for just the clay bar (and all the prep that goes with it) for $1,200. I’m in Kansas City, though. Prices probably vary depending on location.

    When you provide quality service, your customers will remember that and return for more. It's kind of hard to tell from this vid, but I think that is the new color called smoke show and replaced Destroyer Gray for the new model year. Which means that whoever owns it doesn't take very good care, and is a mess for a 1 year old car. It looks to be a 6 banger, so at least it's not an SRT or scat pack. What is the name of your business, and do you work out of the East or West Valley ?

    I dont think it is doing more than you have to with cleaning the mats. It is ensuring you have a satisfied, and returning, customer. Obviously they needed it with the color of the water going into the extractor.
    The camera angles were great!! I showcased more of you and of the vehicle. I cannot wait until the next one.

    Another great job! The owner takes pride in his vehicle, because this one isn't cheap!
    I think there are products out there that help take metal particles off the paint and wheels, as it turns purple. I have seen this on one detailing channel.

    I'd expect a detail like that to run between 3 to 4 hundred, since you're the only one doing it with products your purchased. If it were a business that has those material provided to them and more than one person working on the car, it would be around 250 to 300.oh and a shout out from Tucson Arizona.
