Keep the viper room!!!!
It's a great n legendary place...
Build that other thing someplace else..
Don't destroy the viper room...
So many people love it
*RIP RIVER PHOENIX*
Leave it alone. Its history
Such an iconic location. It’s part of the Strips history. How sad. That new development doesn’t even make sense for that area 🤦♂️ many good times there, I’ll definitely miss it forsure.
Developers don’t care about history. This is sad, it should be protected as a historical landmark.
Gentrification strikes again, yet more ways to take the soul and personality out of a town . It’s sad & I’m glad I moved ,they got rid of everything with character for condos and a chase bank .
Is the viper room currently still running or how long has it been sitting there for display?
You can Google it
RIVER PHOENIX 😇
KEEP THE VIPER ROOM. IF IT AINT BROKE, DONT FORCE FIX IT. THEY ARE DESTROYING HISTORY.
Been there a few times, build that hotel somewhere else
Viper ..yeah, sounds like a real classy place.
I liked it ok. I felt blessed to even be there. I had a silent dream of one day, at one time, to live in L.A. Experience it. I had hoped that my move to Thailand was what was gonna make my wife truly happy. It cost me everything. I was blatantly ripped off and don’t feel much different, 25 years later.
It’s got little appeal sadly and they’re trying to bring in more money. As a woman, I don’t find it very appealing it’s too dirty down there.. but I understand the novelty. Building more buildings isn’t going to make it better…
I understand some people don't want to see it go, but lets be real here, the great days of the Viper room have long gone. Lets remember it for what it was at one time. The days of rock and roll in the 80s and 90s and Grunge when it hit the scene. This way of life that we all loved so much has long gone. This mumble rap has become more popular of a thing with the youth than actual music. We had our time, that time is gone...
Like the Bird cage in Tombstone leave her be.
Yet they were begging for go fund me donation money last year
Same name doesn't mean anything if there's nothing left of the original
I am a paranornal investigator and been there many times holding vigils for River Phoenix. The Viper Room gave me such an uneasy feeling and I captured so many evp's with my spirit box. I felt cold and dark energy there so imho this is long overdue but that place needs cleansed first by a few nuns and priests with holy water before being torn down.
Thats so lame
Today's Rock is to emotional. Today's boys behave like girls.
yeah not like prince
Ppl still listen to that music?
They be having all kinds of artists that perform there , not just rock and roll and stuff .. they support a lot of different underground artists ..
Rock is Dead
So is hiphop
Why, because it's not mainstream right now? There'll be a resurgence. History repeats itself.
Rock is 4 evr
That building belongs in downtown Los Angeles. Build it There build affordable housing in downtown Los Angeles. Leave the sunset strip alone.
