BLACKS BEWARE: Intuit's hiring process is unlike most companies. Most companies have traditional interviews. The Intuit process is not difficult but Blacks beware. All recruiters try to have diversity candidates for metrics. Participating in a process like this is terrible when all you are is a black stat. As with most U.S. companies, most whites have the good jobs and they are the default hires. If you get invited to participate in an Intuit Interview, please know in advance that other companies won't require you to build PowerPoint presentations and do a case study. So, if you're just a Black Stat to the recruiter and the hiring manager is adverse to hiring Blacks, make sure you have plenty of alcohol on hand when your recruiter smacks you into reality.
