I remember first listening to this song when I was like 13 by the side of my house right before walking to the bus stop in the morning. I remember it so vividly and knew at that very moment that this was more than just a good song, that this band wanna gonna help me get through what I was going through, and it did. RIP Kyle. I’m so thankful I was able to meet you.

This song and so many others of them were and are the cure when the weight of the world seems to pull me down again and again. Everytime those feelings of being alone and not belonging to to this sick world start to make me suffer, I put in my earphones and start walking, just watching nature, roads, dogs, whatever comes my way. Bands like WCAR save my life and so many others and will always do. Thank you guys so fucking much. The harmony between the voices of Kyle and Dave was so unique and stunning. Stay strong, keep your heads high, never lose hope. When there seem to be no reasons left to keep on living, the feeling of connection between people listening to Bands like WCAR and struggeling with problems of all kind, like Depression, Bullying, violence and so on always keeps me going. Even if we dont know each other, we are able to give each other hope. Thats what I believe. Rest in Peace Kyle. And peace to all of you guys out there.

What is funny about most metalcore songs is the singing sounds so much better than the screaming. Anyone can "Growl" not anyone can hit "notes".
Nope. Not anyone can growl. At first there are differences and there are notes, too. Growling isnt as easy as everyone thinks because you have to practices long and if you don't growl right, you can destroy your voice.

First song I fell in love with by this band and have been listening to ever since. Bought Cold Like War the same day, right before I read that Kyle Pavone passed. RIP Kyle. You were a fantastic musician and I’m sure a great person. Wish I would’ve had a chance to meet one of my favorite vocalists.
Being a Christian myself I just thought it was cool that there was a hardcore band that had Christian members along with non-Christian members. I think it really conveys a message of brotherhood and unconditional love, and that really shows in their lyrics. Lots of people have this image of Christians being intolerant of anyone who doesn't share their beliefs, but this band time and again proves them wrong. And that's a big part of their message, love everyone no matter the differences.
RIP, thank you for the amazing music
