  • In the third episode of our "Exploring the AURES Hybrid Upright Piano" documentary, Kawai Artists Meghan Behiel and Robin Wiersbin experience the AURES2 K-300 Upright piano, exploring its endless possibilities as a standalone upright piano with added digital soul.
Captured in a beautiful home stetting, both musicians naturally created a very intimate atmosphere, showcasing the pianos multifaceted functionality and adaptability to different musical genres. We recommend using good headphones when listening to this video.

I've seen other hybrid pianos years ago, (no names, but not Kawai). back then, the only connectivity was MIDI. To get extra sounds, you had to purchase another MIDI enabled box, either a sound module or complete instrument. The app on a tablet, plus, I presume, a Bluetooth connection, brings a whole new dimension. I guess it still has MIDI, should you wish to hook it up to your favourite synth keyboard?

Can the piano play through Bluetooth / wireless headphones, or only wired headphones?
