SC Pump Manual Operation - Rational Oven SCC WE/5S

This video illustrates how to manually drain the steam generator in a Rational SCC White-Efficiency/Five Senses.
While this may not be something an owner/operator or cook would do as a matter of course (since the oven should do it automatically), making sure that it works (actually drains) is very important. If it DOESN'T work, then it's time to call a service company as a proactive measure to avoid much more expensive repairs in the future.
