Episode 4- Getting the Most out of your Time

Breaking out of the practice mode and back into some teaching mode here. My hope is to prepare a series of short videos, highlighting several of the chapters from my book “Performance, Delivering your own Awesome”

As we move through the coming weeks, I'll have some more videos to put up from different days down in the clubhouse and also while I"m away, mostly when the thoughts come to me. When I get in rehearsal mode, it's easy to lose sight of the overall picture so I try to remember to go back to my book at times, and answer some of those questions myself.
Then I can get back to my rehearsing and thinking more on the lines of "play the rhythm" which is my own little code phrase that I use to remind myself before I start a performance.
