David Coverdale is on the channel!
One of the best front man ever!
His voice actually is not the same as it was in the 80's but still a great singer
This was the first live show I took my wife too. She went from boy band lover to a rocker over night.
Haha Stephen. It was the same for me. First live show for my gf but not the last :)
Bought this album for the cover art, snake in the form of an apple. Huge fan every since of everything Coverdale does.
David wrote this song and it was released on Whitesnake’s 1981 album “Come An’ Get It”. It was my favorite song from that album. This was with the pre-hair band lineup.
Coverdale, what a voice. And still going strong :)
The snake one of the best metal bands ever remember the set at monsters of rock still one of the best gigs I’ve ever seen
Checkout Crying in the Rain, Fool For Your Loving, Judgement Day and Give Me All Your Love.
White snake always messed my hair up too. 🤘
Sooooooo fun!
My favorite modern day version of this band. Guess how old the drummer is?? The man is a animal. Coverdale still sounds great, He knows his limits and what his voice is and, is no longer capable of. Respect. To many vocalists that are now grandparents still try and sing like they are in their 20s... Coverdale and Halford still have it!!! Respect.
The bass on this song is fantastic 🤘
0'44" one of those Suzi'Z momentZ 🙏 and 1'03" Travis moments ❤ Tommy Aldridge on 'percussion' ! 4'37" Monster'S solo by the son Dough ! Their laugh around 6'00" is a Gift ! Her smile and unespected laugh is incredible ! The phisognomic of the face is a Trademark ! Pardon grammatical errors ! Travis 🙏 Genious sketches ! When Sir does his comment at around 5'24"-5'26" look at Suzi 7'14"-7'28" when she does the 'labbrino' like kids but not in a hungry or a sad way , in a funny way 🙏 ; 7'54"-7'58" ! So unique
David Coverdale on vocals, Reb Beach and Doug Aldrich on guitars (monster guitar players), Marco Mendoza on bass, and Tommy Aldridge on drums. It doesn't get any better.
Come a Get It, for me their best album, and by some margin; the best line up. Epic
Whitesnake 👌🏻
Almost everything up to the album slide it in was good. More bluesy Slide it In was the first one I bought when I was in high school. Bought a lot of their earlier ones in Germany and now most of them are on my playlist
Oh yeah , Pre 1987 whitesnake ! Finally
Sorry to say, David was better when we were younger as back in Deep Purple and early Whitesnake days. Aint no love in the heart of the city. Soldier of fortune. Fx.
What a solo!
solid world class rock...
Vintage white snake love it all
Dudes, you played the wrong one. The studio version with the real band is amazing
...I am going nuts!....
ahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!! That face! 7:49 :DDDDD
🤣🤣🤣 I had to relook to see!! ...
If you're going with newer Whitesnake music, I'd recommend Lay Down Your Love (official video). It's another great tune!
Watch BURN from this same show!!!
Please do Forevermore, from live in Japan an unbelievable performance
Plz do whitesnake - looking for love✌🏼
PLEASE CHECK OUT HARD ROCK BAND VANDENBERG!!! ADRIAN VANDENBERG WAS THE LEAD GUITARIST FOR WHITESNAKE.
These "live" videos are heavily dubbed because his voice is gone now in reality, go back to Made In Europe or the Whitesnake Live In The Heart Of The City albums to hear him in his pomp, that's the way I'll remember him.
I prefer the original version and I never understood why DC didn't release it (or a newer version) on his later albums.
I recommend you to listen to the original version featuring DC old Deep Purple pals Jon Lord on his Hammond and Ian Paice on drums.
Agree completely, original and original line-up was pretty special
Listen to Still of the Night
C'mon ThemG suggest a Whitesnake video when David Coverdale was in his prime. They just aren't getting the full Whitesnake experience
Hey Dave I tried to request Kitten's Got Claws from Donnington 1990 with Steve Vai but it was blocked.
@@Them_G that's a shame because it's one of my favorites. Your suggestions and taste in music have been awesome bro so keep it up!
This song is from the best years of Whitesnake, but not the best version. Moody, Marsden, Muuray, Lord, Paice. Nobody sees that lineupon reaction channels.
So I guess that I am not the only crazy music person. I bought Yes Fragile because I liked the cover art. That was on cassette back in 1972. Great album, terrible format.
