Thank you for the video. My very new pavilion doesn’t turn on and light blinks also. When you hooked up the charger did you also hook the battery back up? Or just plugged in the charger to run the computer off just the charger?
I changed my hard disk and then the laptop won't turn on the charger light is still blinking and when I touched the CPU I found it hot so what's the issue and can I fix it by myself? (hp Elitebook G6)
No more HP for me...... had the same problem on a 11 year old laptop that hasn't had a battery for years. Just always plugged in. It's now running well but I can not turn it off or put it in hibernation cause it won't start just like in the video.
Disconnect your RAM and reinstall it properly again. If you have two Rams in your laptop, then remove one and is if the problem is fixed. Do the same with the other Ram also. Thank me later if this fixes your laptop
I have HP Victus 16 - d0662TX The display is not turning on. And the cab's look blinking 4 times I tried - RAM Sawaping - RAM Changing - BIOS Reset through Keyboard - Unplugging the battery and on - BIOS flash using USB But still not turing on.

when you unplugged the battery, did you leave the charger in the port? Sound like you said you plugged it back in when you connected the battery.

and not only that, I've fixed so many HP with broken hinges. The plastic on the hinges area can not handle the pressure of normal use and broke.
How much would that same repair you just did would cost

Just held the power button for 15 seconds and it worked. Fortunately I did t have to do any of this.

Same problem but the caps lock key light is on continously... with the power indicator blinking light as shown in your video
It could be an hardware problem like ram ssd or hdd

I spilled wine on my laptop, got rid of it as soon as possible but my laptop is not turning on. Only the LED is blinking. What should i do?
Find a local repair place where they can open the laptop and properly fix the problem.
