Gotta be honest though, guilt can be one of the worst weapons if used on the right people, like me, bc I hate guilt trips and they always get to me. I've been sent to my room once bc I accidentally threw a book at my younger sister and couldn't say I was sorry bc I was too afraid of rejection and rejection makes me feel a LOT of guilt and that really hurt my self-esteem at the time
