Driving along well-maintained roads cleared of snow is not exactly what I have in mind when thinking of an "expedition". But I understand anything else would probably have been a bit too risky.

We are using the Michelin XZL and Continental HCS. Be careful ;)
What size Merceded Doka was that and what size was the bliss mobile box? looked like a 13' on the Doka chassis?
The Mercedes is a Unimog U4000 Doka. On this type of truck a 11ft Bliss Mobil unit is the maximum size. If you see the white MAN the max size is 15ft and the yellow one has a 18ft unit. So plenty of options.
Overland Travel thanks for the response. I’m looking at 11 or 13’ bliss unit but want more than a single cab unimog also trying to find older style cause it will be registered in Alaska USA
Overland Travel also noticed you have 2021 itinerary posted but no mention of rental trucks. Is that no longer an option? Also emailed from website a request for some more info on the expeditions and haven’t heard back but figured with holidays nobody would be in office until after the new year
