    Oh my god thank you so much for this I can’t tell you how much I needed it I have hemophilia type b I’m a runner and I just got a really bad knee bleed and this helped so much

    My left knee is bleeding spontaneously from past 2 years , so i started using knee caps/ knee supports. Instead of supports does compression bandage helps more ? And can you please tell me how can i reduce the bleeds for my leg , can you suggest me any exercises for my leg. Its Swollen from past 20 days , today its good i took factors but its reducing very slowly compared to last bleeds. My hemophilia severity level is

    Split my tounge and I have hemophilia ,bleeding won’t stop . I don’t want go to hospital and get stitches lol
