4 क्यों नहीं कानून मंत्री बनने के लिए
*LAW की डिग्री अनिवार्य हो.
5„ स्वास्थ्य मंत्री बनने के लिये
MBBS की डिग्री अनिवार्य हो.
6 समाज कल्याण के लिए
समाजशास्त्र की डिग्री अनिवार्य हो.
7 मानव संसाधन के लिए
M.Ed. की डिग्री अनिवार्य हो.
8 वित्त मंत्री को अर्थशास्त्री होना
अनिवार्य हो. इसी प्रकार
सभी मंत्रियों की योग्यता का मानक
निर्धारित किया जाए.
9 क्यों नहीं फ्री का डीजल, पेट्रोल,
फोन की सुविधा, हवाई सुविधा,
रेल सुविधा सहित तमाम सुविधाओं में
जिसमें प्रतिवर्ष अरबों रूपये
खर्च होता है, उसमें कटौती की जाए.
10 क्यों नहीं सभी नेताओं के खाते
सार्वजनिक किए जाएं.
11 क्यों नहीं नेताओं की पुरानी पेंशन,
मोटी तनख्वाह, सब्सिडी द्वारा भोजन
बंद किया जाए, जिस पर सरकार
प्रतिवर्ष अरबों रूपये पानी की तरह
खर्च करती है.
12 क्यों नहीं नेताओं के पद से
हटने के बाद फ्री मेडिकल सुविधा
बंद किया जाए, जिस पर देश का
करोड़ों रूपये नुकसान होता है.
13 क्या 50 साल का कर्मचारी बूढ़ा
और 50 साल का नेता जवान होता है ?
यह कौन सा मानक है ?
नेताओं के पास क्या राहु व केतु वाला
अमृत कलश है ? जिससे वे
पचास की उम्र में युवा नेता हो जाते हैं ?

अनिवार्य हो. इसी प्रकार
सभी मंत्रियों की योग्यता का मानक
निर्धारित किया जाए.
9 क्यों नहीं फ्री का डीजल, पेट्रोल,
फोन की सुविधा, हवाई सुविधा,
रेल सुविधा सहित तमाम सुविधाओं में
जिसमें प्रतिवर्ष अरबों रूपये
खर्च होता है, उसमें कटौती की जाए.
10 क्यों नहीं सभी नेताओं के खाते
सार्वजनिक किए जाएं.

जिसकी आशंका थी वही हुआ ।रूस भारत के कमजोरी को जान लिया है। अगर ........... नहीं तो पाक को हथियार दे देंगे और भारत नतमस्तक आगे लेट जाता है। उसका गलत फायदा रूस भारत से उठाता और बात मनवाता है। उसी का असर है आज भारत दबाव में रूस के पाकिस्तानी ब्लैकमेलिंग के कारण चीन के कहने पर रक्षा मंत्री बातचीत के टेबल पर आना पडा चूंकि रसिया जाने तक यह ऐजेण्डा मे शामिल नहीं था। पहली बात तो रक्षा मंत्री को युद्ध काल या संकट का हवाला देकर रूस जाना नहीं था । देने दो हथियार, डर लगता है क्या ? युद्ध हथियार से नहीं, बहादुरी और युद्ध कौशल से जीता जाता है। और क्या गारण्टी है, रूस आज पाक को हथियार नहीं दे रहा लेकिन कल नहीं देगा ? चीन को तो देता है न । कितने बार रूस के सामने जमीन पर लेटिएगा ? इसलिए पिछलग्गु बनना छोड़ स्वावलंबी तुरंत बनिए ।
भारत इतिहास से सबक नहीं सिखता यथा ताशकंद समझौता, शास्त्री जी की मृत्यु ।
अजीब बात है भारत बड़ा बड़ा हथियार रख के भी आज तक POK , अक्साई नहीं ले पाया ।
यही स्थित उल्टा होता तो पाकिस्तान चीन कबका झपट चुका होता । राजनीति को शायद सेना पर भरोसा नहीं या दुनिया का डर ।
भाँड़ में जाए दुनिया, जिसके पास बल है उसी की पूजा होती है। तभी रूस भी कल आपकी इज्जत करेगा । नहीं तो आज आपको दोस्त होने के नाते रूस द्वारा चीन को दो टूक जवाब देकर भारत के बिना इच्छा के मध्यस्थता बिल्कुल स्वीकार नहीं करता । क्योंकि रूस, चीन को भाई मानता है तो भारत के इच्छा का सम्मान न करते हुए आपकी औकात बता दी । चौतरफा सभी मित्र देशों से घिरे फंदे मे फसे अकेला चीन का निकलने की छटपटाहट साफ दिख रही है। भारत द्वारा चीन को बिल्कुल भाव नहीं देना चाहिए उसे और इन्तजार कराना चाहिए । भारत को अभी और अन्दर घुस के कब्जा करना चाहिए। तब मित्रराष्ट्रों USA जापान ताइवान आस्ट्रेलिया आदि से सलाह मशवरा कर टेबल टाॅक में चीन पर अक्साई सहित पूरा तिब्बत खाली करने नहीं तो युद्ध करने का शर्त रखना चाहिए। चीन जान छुड़ाने के चक्कर में तिब्बत न सही अक्साई देने पर जरूर फँस जाता ताकि अपनी जनता से कम से कम तिब्बत बचा लेने का तो दम भर सकता था । फिर हम USA और चीन को तिब्बत मामले में फँसाकर बिल्लियों की लडाई मे बन्दर वाली राजनीतिक, व्यापारिक और कूटनीतिक लाभ लम्बे समय तक उठा सकते हैं। तिब्बत पहले दे तो भी ठीक ।
नेतृत्व अभी से हीं चीन को अप्रैल मई माह की स्थिति में जाने को कह रहे हैं तो क्या खाक अक्साई और भविष्य का भारतीय कवच तिब्बत चीन से ले सकेंगे जबकि हमने इस क्षेत्र को माँगा ही नहीं । चीन आ बैल मुझे मार तो नहीं कहेगा न कि लेजा अक्साई और तिब्बत । बैल के सिंग से अभी भारत रूस में मरवा रहा है। निश्चित रूप से यह दूरदृष्टि चीन की कूटनीतिक जीत के साथ भारत की हार है।
माफ कीजिए, चाणक्य कूटनीति का दम भरने वाले राजनेताओं का आज बहुत बड़ी कूटनीतिक भूल कर दी या आती हीं नहीं है।
