    I love my summit shuttle system (pole, bag, shuttle, glow cup, cover). Except just like you I prefer to just set the pole in the hole instead of place it in the mounted holder. I actually just took to mounted holder off because it was just extra weight I never used.

    To do screen recording do you have to have a cable going from graph to the phone? I have the 1222 screen.

      Recording is done via Wi-Fi using the Active Captain app on your phone.

      @@FloppingCrappie ok that is what I figured when you mentioned the cord being a charging cable. Thanks

      @P.G._FPV yes, the charging cable is just connected to the battery not the Garmin unit

    Davis, can you leave us the spec of the 30A lithium battery for your livescope setup? We are interested to know the specific dimension 30A version for an extensive usage under this coming ice season. Thank you. 😊

    I wish these things would price down like large screen TVs. When I bought my 65 inch TV it was 4999.00 and I got an awesome deal for 2100.00. Today you can buy a 65 inch TV with equal picture and options for around 800.00. When these fishing electronics follow suit maybe I will be able to afford it. I had been saving to get a Garmin Force that I was going to buy this spring. It was going to punch me for all my extra money so I was hesitant. Now I see the new BPS catalog they are up 450.00 in one year. I see I won't be buying one anytime soon.

    • @FloppingCrappie
      @FloppingCrappie  Před 2 lety

      I saw that same ad in BPS for the Force trolling motor, it's crazy that Garmin raised the price that much. Not sure there is much of an improvement over last year's model to justify the price hike. Like I mentioned in the video, people will be selling their old livescope bundles for around $900-1k throughout the year in order to upgrade, so you may be able to find a decent deal.

      This is why I like your videos. You approach them from a working mans perspective. If I had to buy my bass boat today I would be in trouble. I bought it used 3 years old in 1996 for 5000.00. It is a Nitro 160TF. I earned 46,000 a year back then. I have since earned another college degree and last year I earned 49,000. I am a single dad and just keeping a household going on that takes nearly everything I make. I get mad every time I see prices go up even on fishing lures. I did get both my 93sv for 599 each. I thought that was a fair price. Like I said, love your videos. Keep helping out us average guys and gals.

    I see you put the Lvs-34 in the front motor in summer .What you do when you are on Spot Lock

    Wow I’m literally setting up my new livescope bundle I’m going to use for rest of ice season and on my kayak. Question: I have a small Echomaps plus 74, do you think I could get buy with the Norah 15ah battery for like 6hrs maybe

    • @FloppingCrappie
      @FloppingCrappie  Před 2 lety +1

      Ya, I think a 15ah battery work will work for that unit.

    Do u find the 10” to be big enough for the boat? Or would 12” be preferred for livescope?

    • @FloppingCrappie
      @FloppingCrappie  Před 2 lety

      If you can afford a 12, I would get it. The 10" works for my smaller boat, so it would also depend on space in your boat.

    Why does garmin not recommend the ls34 for ice fishing? Someone need to shine a light on this issue.

    • @FloppingCrappie
      @FloppingCrappie  Před rokem

      I'm not sure where you heard Garmin doesn't recommend the lvs34 on the ice, but they definitely sell it as a package. Garmin sells the Lvs34 ice kit bundle at many retailers now. The only issue I could see is the lvs34 is a larger transducer than the lvs32 which could be difficult to drop down an 8 inch hole. Definitely won't fit a 6 inch hole.
