A prescindere che poi tu possa avere ragione dicendo che ne hanno meno ciò non esclude il fatto che pasta e patate siano carboidrati su altri carboidrati...

Italian and Spanish are similar.
Un grande means "one big" I believe, and if errore is a cognate of error, I'm assuming it's Italian for "one big mistake"

Fun fact: in italy we have a thing similar to the “thing” in video, every pizza shop give a different name for this pizza, and it’s an half of pizza and the other half is the second part of pizza close of itself (but we don’t put the pasta inside lol), usually when i find a pizza shop that make this pizza (not every pizza shop do this), anyway, they put inside the condiments of the pizza “capricciosa” (salame, prosciutto, artichokes, mushroom…)
