imo high/medium + 60fps is the most suitable for this phone

Interesting enough Genshin runs a stable 60fps in Inazuma compared to Monsdtadt and Liyue with high settingsz my phone's the 6/128GB variant on Miui 12.5.2
Game literally runs smoothly at the highest settings with extreme motion blur but has some minor FPS drops at places like mondstand... U just gatta love Poco lmaoo
I think miui 12.5.3 really did something to my phones performance. Im hardly getting 50fps on low setting. It is normally between 30-40 and something drops terrible for like 2-3 seconds

Is your cut scene keep stucking? As mine always happens. I don't sure why. When the dvalin cut scene it's ok. But after the osial cut scene it's always stuck which makes me kinda pissed off
medium default, 60, but turn off the motion blur

This phone can run it at stable 60fps medium (except in liyue harbor, for some reason). Why lock it to 30?
Motion blur is useless and turning it off is gonna make it wayyyy better
It is a bit disappointing that in the presentation conversion they tell you that the little x3 runs the game of genshin impat at high graphics at 55fps when the reality is different this is one of the reasons why I hate the supposed marketing because they practically lie to you no just for this if not for any other product in my opinion that should be illegal that or is that the cell phone is not yet sufficiently optimized
Miui holds back the performance of sd860, highly recommend to install a custom ROM
