Days like this were my favorite as a kid. I loved, loved, loved getting to do something fun with my mom. She always came up with the best activities! I’m 25 and still think about what we did 20 years ago. My mom is still one of my best friends! I love seeing littles create memories like this with their families ❤
I remember going to Carowinds as a kid! My family had season passes! When I was a kid they had a Nickelodeon and Hanna-Barbera theme back then. It was around 2002 and 2004 when my family lived in NC. 😃😄😊❤

I did those backpack monkey leashes when my twins were 3, I learned my lesson from the dumb wagon the year before. Luckily, one was fully potty trained, the other almost! My hands were less full, and his sister was the his leash holder 🤣 or as I called her, second lil mama. I even had my own backpack, with the dog’s leash attached at the request of second lil mama. Still worth not pushing the dumb wagon. Looks like you had an awesome day!

I wanted to take my son to Carrowinds but after seeing the news report with the damaged roller coaster that nobody noticed but a scared father, I'm a little scared. Maybe we will go and just stay away from coasters.

LAWL I'm half Puerto Rican and half Panamanian. I remember the times when I addressed my Panamanian aunts by 'Titi' with blank stares as responses. I had so many Puerto Rican aunts that it was just ingrained in me. Weirder still for my young brain was having an uncle with the nickname of Tito Lalo and also a cousin with the nickname of Tito who was really an Efrain. And we can talk a long while about the variations of names like frijoles versus habichuelas or helado versus mantecado. Oh y wawa no es lo mismo en Panamá. Que mierda metó 🙄
