जज साब ने अपने आर्डर में कहा कि दूसरे पक्ष ने इसके जितने भी वीडियो कोर्ट को दिखाएं हैं वह सभी वीडियो बेहद गंभीर हैं ऐसा लग रहा है कि यह अभियुक्त एक खास संप्रदाय से है और यह जानबूझकर दूसरे संप्रदाय को नीचा दिखाने की कोशिश कर रहा है दूसरे संप्रदाय ऊपर अश्लील टिप्पणी कर रहा है और दूसरे संप्रदाय के देवी देवताओं को बेहद अश्लील तम शब्दों से अशलीलतम तरीके से कॉमेडी कर रहा है
मुझे इसका एक भी वीडियो नहीं नजर आया जिसमें यह अपने धर्म के बारे में कोई टिप्पणी किया है जो साबित करता है कि इसका इरादा कॉमेडी करना नहीं था बल्कि समाज में नफरत फैलाना था इसलिए ऐसे अभियुक्त को जमानत नहीं दिया जा सकता क्योंकि यदि हमने ऐसे अभियुक्त को जमानत दिया तब इससे समाज में गलत संदेश जाएगा क्योंकि इस तरह के लोग दंगा भड़काने के लिए सबसे बड़े जिम्मेदार हैं
