Забавно как всё поменялось всего за 20 лет. В '90, хотя скорее в конце '90, это был прямо пафос напоказ и пик богатства - кирпичный дом, да с бассейном, да с "канадским садом", как тогда его называли. Сейчас это всё ещё неплохой дом, но уже конечно требует серьёзных вложений для ремонта и обустройства, что бы его подтянуть под современные мерки. Под средние современные мерки.

It’s a bit tacky to apologize through the media. It pressures the other person to accept the apology. You should’ve apologized in person and given a shoutout to his channel in a creative way instead.

Happens... Its easier to get used to checking the remider (notepad on the phone or some table for schedule) when you wake up and then setting the alarm, than suffering. I know how it feels when you are good, but do the bad thing and "have only yourself to blame".

This house in Australia would require someone on $100000 AUD annual income to rent because the rent would simply be beyond reach of the ordinary people. A 4 bedroom house in a regional town like mine by the coast is $950-$1200 a week

I have watched several of your videos, Sam, always enjoy them, today I subscribed to your Chanel. i do not follow the apology and why, but I have a question and hope you can consider this.. I find the most interesting Chanel are those that cover Agriculture, Farming. With Russia being in the top 3 wheat producers in the world, and helping feed the Global south and Poor countries, can you get out into the country to the farms and show the farming and cereal production from Russia, as it is the leading country in the world that cares about poor countries where they can not grow crops and produce cereal , wheat, Corn etc.. Look forward to seeing you fulfill my challenge and show How Russia helps feed the world

I follow , Crawford Farms,Hayden on Harvest and Laura farms, Girock farms, Ag with Em . I fully understand it may not be your area- take this Russian initiative, Russia with Brics nation are setting up a grain market to break the monopoly the USA have by setting wheat prices... India, Russia, China, they are 30 of the world top 4 producers and produce 41 % of world grain, yet the USA an EU set world grain prices and that makes it impossible for people to poor countries to be fed.. President Putin initiative in this area is groundbreaking and will lower grain prices..
