@@alyfaysal just price & some missing features like wireless charger, few speakers, few airbags and we want same multimedia screen like in international markets.
Really expensive considering the vehicle is lacking significant options(no power seats, no 360 camera, no wireless charger, inferior tyres, inferior infotainment screen and the list goes on). I think we must consider other options in the market for the same price range.
I would prefer Sonata over this garbage (in this price range)

Honda won't launch 2022 Civic in India as Indians don't love sedans anymore... whatever market share is left is captured by Skoda and Volkswagen... still I was looking for Civic's review, found yours on Internet... honestly speaking there are very few journos left these days who give such an honest review by which a layman could make his or her buying decision... In India there are just couple of guys... great job Suneel bhai... appreciate your work...
Given the price bracket of this car i.e. 6.5m(appx), the missed out features is a big trade off for this vehicle. There are many more and better options in this range. Also because of the bump in the back, it only is comfortable for 4 people and not 5.
Honda sensing is a great addition, but what are we compromising against it, just look at it.
No Wireless charger,
No 360° cameras
No electric seats
No rear charging ports
No android auto and Carplay
Only 2 airbags.
Every other manufacturer is offering all of the missed out features with at least 4 airbags, more cabin space, and trunk space as well.

Changhan oshan x7 is a better choice then this in this price and many upcoming cars are on their way with more features and less price then this

Excellent review Sunny paaji 👍 I must say I enjoyed this review. Civic RS seems to be a good sedan but when you compare it with the international variants and the features Honda Atlas is offering, it is over priced by about 1.5m!

Professional review. Although not a fan of Honda but they have done a great job with the sensing function.
What's bad about the cars is its price, 2 airbags, no wireless charging, no apple carplay, no android auto, 4 speakers.
Atlas is ripping off its customers.

@Suneel Munj, I really like your reveiws and I am a fan of Pakwheels and your work. One minor issue I saw in the explanation you made for horsepower difference in RS and Oriel. RS has a turbo charged engine and it is the job of the turbocharger to compress more air flowing into the engine's cylinder. This increase in air means that more fuel can be added for the same size naturally aspirated engine, hence the more horsepower. Its not because of the change in gear systems (LL CVT and M CVT) of Oriel and RS as you mentioned.

RS is capable of doing 0-100km/h a bit better than that with sports mode and launching the car at 2500RPM.
Premium fuel boosts performance too as it’s direct injection.
The 10th gen RS had the same 0 to 100 figures too dont know what changed

Bro no company is happy with the late delivery of their product, but Honda have their reasons. Government has posed a ban on imported products and so cars industries have a lot of issues dealing with their parts, which come from international market. So they have to schedule the production accordingly

Last Civic had better exterior, but this has amazing features, interior and Honda Sensing. But it's a theme with Honda. Every alternate model is civilised and held back while the next model is sporty.

I can claim with authority that my Honda Civic RS 2020 is a much sportier looking, better on performance, excellent on fuel economy and a great car overall. Yes, there are a few bells and whistles in the new RS, however 2020 RS is a better value for money.

Pakistan got a lot of new motor brands such as MG,Hyundai,KIA. But there were two motor brands that could never fail us from entertaining and those two brands were Toyota and Honda. Honda Civic and Toyota Corolla was loved by all. Today we will talk about Honda Civic. Honda Civic launched its 11th Generation in 2021 (worldwide) and launched in Pakistan in 2022. The three variants of this car are Standard,Oriel and RS. Today we will compare Honda Civic Oriel and RS
Both of these variants offer a 1.5 turbo engine and you can only get these cars in Continuously Variable Transmission. Honda Civic Oriel offers less features compared to RS and there is a difference of Horsepower.
Honda Civic Standard and Oriel offers 127 Horsepower and RS offer 173 Horsepower.
The engines are same. But why horsepower is not same?
That is because of the Transmissions have a slight difference. Honda Civic Oriel has an M-CVT transmission and Honda Civic RS has LL-CVT. Honda Civic RS has more features than Oriel.
Honda Civic RS features that Oriel doesn't have:
LED exterior lights (Fog lights and back lights excluded)
Drive Mode Selector
Rain sensing Wipers
Night sensing lights
Keyless Remote starter
Matte Black Alloy Rims (Oriel offers alloy rims but not Matte Black)
Handles in gloss black
Spoiler (Optional Feature on Oriel)
Black Leather Seats (Optional Feature on Oriel)
Gloss black spoiler
Adaptive Cruise Control (Oriel offers normal cruise control)
Honda Sensing
Honda Civic RS is also sporty. But in my opinion I like Honda Civic RS more than Oriel because of its features. I don't want a car that is sporty but I want a car that offers more features. Real buyers must be thinking to buy RS if they can afford but Oriel wins in some ways
The Honda Civic RS is sensitive compared to Oriel and Oriel is more reliable. It is better to put Hi Octane Gasoline in Oriel but it can run on simple Gasoline as well,but RS's Engine cannot run on simple Gasoline. RS needs Hi Octane only. You don't need to worry about your car's engine for being damaged or an error on it if you own an Oriel Civic. You should care if you own an Honda Civic RS
The price of Honda Civic Oriel starts at 8.6 million PKR and Honda Civic RS starts at 9.8 Million PKR.
The conclusion: If you are looking for a car that is sporty or has more features or both, then you should go for the Honda Civic RS. If you are looking for a car that is not sensitive and not sporty,then you should go for the Honda Civic Oriel.
In my opinion both are good variants
