I wish I could have some of these fragrances. 😊 I'm on a strict budget. Would you possibly do a video of fragrances you'd recommend on the $30-50 level? I want to feel, smell special too. I would appreciate if you could offer suggestions. I prefer oriental, oud, spicy, amber, vanilla!, but I am also open to other profiles depending on season. I'm so glad to have found your channel!❤

You may like Swiss Arabian’s Shaghaf Oud. Lattafa’s Yara is a good perfume as well. The only thing is that they can be pretty strong (I usually only use two sprays rather than my usual routine of spraying my wrists, neck, shoulders, and knees). Both perfumes are generally $40 or less than that when they’re on sale.
Try Sabrina Carpenter Sweet Tooth, the original not the Caramel Dreams. Lauren has talked about it on her channel before.

I got mine at Nordstrom on sale too. It is good! Not too strong. I like that
This is the second video she mentions Ginger Biscuit being at Sephora, but I don't see it on their site at all.
@@nayira94 It was at sephora for the beginning of the sale when only Rouge members could shop. It sold out immediately which is why you can't find it anymore.

Just picked up the jumbo size of Philosophy's Cinnamon Bun shower gel at TJMaxx AND they have a Gingerbread Man shower gel and body cream scent I also picked up. Will be amazing with Ginger Biscuit!

Lauren, I just love your videos. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, as always! 💕 I was on a no-buy in October and let me tell you, they almost got me with that Tree Hut Marshmallow Lodge set! I'm so glad I didn't cave, it doesn't sound like it's worth it to me especially since I don't even want the rose one. I totally agree, Candy Cane is lovely and I plan to pick up one or two more of those!

The warm vanilla from pink, is one that I like but it’s definitely not one of my favorite vanillas..when you spray it you get a lot of pumpkin which typically isn’t my favorite type of foodie scent, then when you wear it for a little that cinnamon really peaks threw and then once you have it on all day you get that warm cozy vanilla from it, it has a nice longevity to me as well. they honestly really nailed it by saying it’s a “warm vanilla” because my goodness it’s very warm and I got compliments :)

Tree Hut Candy Cane really surprised me! I didn't like it just smelling it, but I LOVE it in the shower. Such a fun little treat for the season. 🥰🎄☃️❄️ I'm very curious about the Winter Wonder scent next.

Love ginger bisquit!it sold out on sephora but I got it on sale from nordstrom. Horchata is another good one I got last year but I recently bought creme de Pistache from sphnix and love that one also.i like the house,im going to buy the strawberry one next.❤😊

I love both of those Sphinx fragrances! I love how deep and rich they are on my skin. I also own both of the strawberry fragrances. These are definitely more "girly" but sooo very good! ❤

La Rosè is beautiful! I took advantage of the sale on Parfums de Marly! I have Delina Extrait and love it in small amounts. I’ve been sleeping on Cassili and I got it too! It’s my favorite of the women’s line. Herod & Oajan are great for this time of year from the men’s line! 🖤🖤 I like Oriana too during the Spring/Summer time but I bought all of them I’ve been wanting. The la Rosè, Cassili & Oajan are exceptional. The Ginger Biscuit I’m really loving! I’m really enjoying both of your channels!! 😊

I stopped your video and ordered the Jo Malone Ginger Biscuit. It sounds wonderful.
Rose is a favorite of mine but only when it smells pure or fresh, not powdery. Do you like it in You’re the One from B&B? I’m on the fence. Pretty potent sweet but dries down ok. I have the body cream. I feel like I spent so much on affordable on sale products I could have bought more than one expensive one, but I know you don’t have to pay a lot to smell good. And I love vanilla scents. Also chai chocolate gourmands too.
Victoria Secret Bare Vanilla Cashmere is my favorite. Ive been wearing it with every perfume and I wear it for bed. Im getting 3 more this week.
We have such similar taste cuz I have recently purchased so many things in this video:
-Several months ago I got several bottles of the VS Warm Vanilla mist and lotion and the Bare Vanilla Cashmere (which I think smells kind of like Kayali Silk Santal). Warm Vanilla is very foodlike and thankfully I don’t get anything weird on my skin
-I got Jo Malone ginger biscuit last weekend at Sephora it’s so yummy!
-I also recently got Delina La Rosee (from Aura very cheap) to complete the trifecta
-The tree hut marshmallow lodge scrub smells kind of like sweet rice to me lol I really wish it smelled like an actual marshmallow. Love the candy cane line I got the body wash and body cream to complement the scrub!
-I got the native sugar cookie wash last year, thanks for reminding me to pull it back out!
-I got the snif candle and it’s very decadent, I feel like it smells like pumpkin oatmeal
Blackberry is such a underrated perfume note. It’s so good when mixed with vanilla. My one gripe with sweet like candy from Ariana grande I wanted more blackberry. I love Trish mcevoy #9. It’s such a nice blackberry perfume. I was hoping marshmallow lodge would be a woody marshmallow. I was hoping for a by the fireplace roasted marshmallow type scent with that smokiness.
Please do more content aeound the fine'ry line at target! I want to know what YOU think specifically ab some of the scents, particularly midnight Cafe, not another cherry & jungle santal 😍

I blind bought Salem Gothic based on the notes (I love violet as a soliflore) and I ended up really liking it, but I absolutely agree it isn't a safe blind buy for everyone.

I saw Horchata in the thumbnail and had to watch immediately lol! That’s funny that you get cherry lol. I definitely get a lot of cinnamon, but I get more of the rice and I’d describe it not as lactonic, but chai tea as it dries down and wears more. It has really great longevity and I really like it. I want to really try the pistachio also…that one came out right after I got my bottle. I got that one last year and discovered the house…and i really like it…I have to experiment with layering it with different scents. I wanted Jo Malone Ginger Biscuit so bad and I am a big fan of the small niche house Genre Parfums and they came out with a version a few months ago…I absolutely love it!! Everyone that has the original that compared this version to it…said the Genre version is so much better…with much better silage and longevity which it definitely has!! If you haven’t checked out the house, you definitely should! They create their own scents as well as do many “interpretations” of popular ones…and it’s just a really great small niche house! A really great cherry scent that came out for the holidays is from Body Shop, Cherries and Cheer. It’s so good…especially the oil!!

Have you tried Byredo Eyes Closed? I bought a sample, received it yesterday, and immediately bought a full bottle! So perfect for fall and winter. It feels like the holiday season to me-like spiced carrot cake. Unsweet, but creamy with the buttery orris. Definitely wearing to Thanksgiving!
I got a sample and reacted similarly!! It was an immediate winner for me, just had to get the full bottle. I absolutely love Eyes Closed

I picked up Lune Feline by Atelier Des Ors recently and I’m obsessed with it. It’s a vanilla like no other (that I’ve smelled). It’s got this almost savoury smokey touch, it’s cardamom heavy and so warm and yummy. It reminds me slightly of the warm, creamy vanilla in Gentle Fluidity Gold, but add some smoke and more spices. Have you smelt it Lauren?
I LOVE Lune Feline. I had a sample a couple years ago and I have never stopped thinking about it. Getting a full bottle for Christmas!
@@sarahmiller8156 oh you’ll love it! I sampled first too because I knew it was quite polarising, but the second I smelt it I fell in love. The full bottle is so worth it
In theory I thought I would love Ginger Biscuit but I bought a sample and on my skin after it has dried down it just smells like straight up brown sugar lol it’s a little much but I need to try it out some more for sure
you need to try Rosendo Mateu - 1970. warm spicy a little hint of chocolate, delicious but not too much like food. amazing for fall

have you seen that Lush brought out YogNog shower gel for Christmas again this year? If you want a big bottle, I recommended waiting for after Christmas when it's 50% (I will stock up on sticky dates and Lord of Misrule then, which is Patchouli, Tonka and black pepper so may not be totally up your ally). Otherwise I would recommend Turmeric latte. And if you feel bougie, Cardamom coffee (I wish they would bring back the solid version or smaller bottle of that scent, I want to use mine up because of the "new" price so I always just smell the bottle rather than spritzing it in me, stupid I know 😂🙈
With the niche perfumes that took you longer to like, do you ever worry that stink to other people? I know that is random but I do wonder 😂 also I would love to see a video from you of the “stinkiest” perfumes you’ve tried/smelled
Have you maybe tried the Whiff of a Waffle Cone after the reformulation??? A lot of people kinda hate it, it's such burnt caramel, but personally I love it, it smells like my favorite candle ever that I had like 5 years ago lol. Also it's not yet on Fragrantica for some reason.
I didn’t realize that they were repromoting that scent because of a reformulation! I really disliked how powdery the first version was, but I love the idea of burnt caramel…..
@@RosieSandwiches It's definitely more savoury now. For some people the burnt smell pulls almost vegetal, I've only been on Polish groups and some people tend to compare it to the smell of rosół, which is a clear stocky soup with some type of meat, carrots, celeriac, parsley, leeks, charred onion and lovage (herb), lol. And like... I can see that from a distant whiff if I think about it. But to me it mostly reads as burnt salted caramel and sandalwood. Some vanilla and cream in the background, cinnamon not so much, but maybe it just rounds it out a little bit. I'm a bit scared to use it around people tho, because of the controversial smoky vegetables, but cozy winter evenings at home?? Hell yeah. But definitely try before you buy.

The reformulation sounds more up my street! I may need to give it a try. The original was way too sweet for me.
I did not like the Fenty fragrance At All. I found it heavy and mature, it turned my stomach. HOWEVER, it lasted forever, even after a shower. So if you like it, that’s awesome for you 😆
The geranium note is different for sure. I like it in Kayali Café Oud. Makes it herbal and fresh. (But I am also very satisfied with my 10ml).

Jones Road, created by Bobbi Brown, not sure if she sold "Bobbi Brown Beauty" to the Estee Lauder empire, but Bobbi Brown line created Beach perfume (smells like OG suntan lotion) as well as Bath, which may explain why she subsequently created Shower for her new line😂😂 I have both, and they smell exactly as labeled😅

Okay so am I alone in not liking Devotion because of the orange blossom? It's not a bad scent by any means but it smells like every other orange blossom dominant scent that's been released the last five years. In fact, it smells like a summer scent to me, which is weird since we're going into fall/winter in the Northern Hemisphere (not that you can't wear what you want when you want but this is not giving fall/winter vibes to me at all).
I bought Horchata de Vanille and it smelled like I poured a cinnamon candle on myself 😭 I had to scrub it

How is Jomashop so cheap? Are they legit?
Don’t know how they are so cheap, but I have bought 4+ perfumes from Jomashop and they have all been authentic and arrived safely! I was scared to try them at first too, but I’ve only had positive experiences so far!
I know you are a tree hut girl and I am pissed Almond Honey hasn’t come back! Why can’t they give the people what they want?! The body butter and scrubs were sooooooo good. The smell literally has Scent memory of my 20’s.

Only do a review if the scent last all day and lingers if it does not do not show it to us we don’t want it we don’t want to waste our money. I don’t care a good it smells is it fate fate so your job is to find perfume that lasts all day for these prices if not, we should all take these perfumes to a lab. Have them all tested and see how much water and alcohol are really in them? And put all of these designers / makers of these fragrances and hold them accountable. Why are we letting them rip us off? This reminds me when they do ads on TV for mascara you know the models on TV totally have fake eyelashes on that should be totally illegal to sell some mascara when you have fake eyelashes on. Why do they get away with it? That’s ridiculous!
