- Through Multilayer Farming (मल्टीलेयर फार्मिंग) which means the practice of growing two or more crops in the same piece of land, Akash Chaurasiya is earning lakhs of rupees in three acres in one year.
In Multilayer Farming, there is no outbreak of insect, moths or weeds in the crops. Most of the farmers are adopting this model started by Akash. Here the cost of farmers is four times less, whereas profits are eight times higher. If we take many crops together, then these crops get nutrients from each other and when there is no empty space left in the ground, weeds also do not get released.
Akash explains, "By the cultivation of multi-layer crops, the amount of manure that is used in a single crop produces four to five crops with the same amount of fertilizer also saving 70 percent of the water in this manner."
बहुस्तरीय खेती यानि एक साथ चार से पांच फसलें लेकर आकाश चौरसिया एक साल में तीन एकड़ में लाखों रुपए कमा रहे हैं। मल्टीलेयर फार्मिंग से इनकी फसलों में न तो कीट पतंगों का प्रकोप रहता है और न ही खरपतवार होता है। आकाश के द्वारा शुरू किये इस मॉडल को सैकड़ों किसान अपना रहे हैं। "मल्टीलेयर फार्मिंग से किसानों की लागत चार गुना कम होती है, जबकि मुनाफा आठ गुना ज्यादा होता है।
आकाश बताते हैं, "मल्टीलेयर खेती करने से एक फसल में जितनी खाद डालते हैं उतनी ही खाद से चार से पांच फसल हो जाती हैं, पानी भी एक फसल जितना ही खर्च होता है। इस तरीके से 70 प्रतिशत पानी की बचत होती है।"

@@susheelKumar-wh1hx no. he is right. All parts of the plant respire, the leaves, the stem, the roots and even the flowers. The parts above the soil get their oxygen directly from the air through pores. if you dont have any knowledge about plants then dont misguide others.
