Extend it, add level floor, then add some outdoor furniture, BBQ, plants, lighting.
Perhaps enlarge the second story awning somewhat by adding a red fabric awning extension? Or extending your original by 1/2 of a large square unit? The roof space could be a great sun deck area with a few choice power armour suits placed near the front edge of the pre-existing Red Rocket structure? The Atom Cats and guests could hang out in a rooftop lounge area and enjoy fireworks shows. Since they obtain produce from the Warwick Homestead, they wouldn't necessarily need a farming area at their location. Perhaps ferns/flowers? Great job on the second story, Mr. S.! It appears to have been original to the main structure. Thank you for another grooovy episode!
The metal awning is so lit! It looks like a bus stop, which is totally apropos to the theme. I dig!

Sounds like it will be a cool board game when you get down with it. So when I built my 2nd story onto my red rocket I used it as sleeping quarters and also used valt steps to get to it.

I just finished a settlement at nukaworld. I suppose I could head to far harbor at some point. Possibly after Hangmans alley
