A small one I don't think they ever finished from the Hunter story was Mako and her clones.

Regarding the Zakuulian tribute, wasn't it confirmed it was all basically being stored inside the Gilded Star, which you hijack later on?

I believe the the Tributes the Eternal Empire were collected were in to the Vault that we robbed in Chapter 13

what about Terrak Morrhage and Parkanas Tark from the Jedi Counsular story ? When you choose the light side option, Morrhage will swear revenge and finally disappears, and Parkanas returns to Tython, nothing more ever heard about

Actually, Jadus doesn't escape in all endings. There is one where you stall long enough for the Dark Council to show up and take him into custody and it's heavily implied that he won't ever see the light of day again. Which is probably why they never did anything with him after that.

Oh, neat. I've never managed to get that. I'll have to try for it next time I run an agent.

@@ckoutpost Sadly it requires you to help him at first - so you have to actually start using the eradicators - then you lull him into a false sense of confidence and then turn the tables on him. Watcher 2 is not at all thrilled with this course of action.

After Zakuul ravaged the Empire and Republic and killed most of the Dark Council memebers, Lana Beniko still mention Jadus is alive and was a potential suspect of Iokath stuff. Also on Onderon after that Master Gnost Dural cant confirm Jadus' death talking to the agent.

The Inquisitor fully devours the ghosts. They will only be able to escape after the Inquisitor dies. They become like Vitiate. That was the point. On Rishi, the Inquisitor also states how they were mutated by the spirits, further indicating how they absorbed them entirely.
Jadus can be fought and killed by the Agent and is considered dead in all instances beyond that, if you do it. Even Valkorion refers to him as such. I gotta replay agent as Hand of Jadus. When i did that story, didnt think you could actually join him.
The tributes were to keep a stranglehold on the Sith and Republic so they're more likely to be more agressive with one anothe, preventing a union that would defy Zakuul and mode likely for skirmishes, which Lana also says Arcann didnt prevent, which was used for entertainment for Zakuulians.
The pirates and Lord V can easily be considered killed in battle with Zakuul. Even with evacuating Makeb, both Pubs and Imps were moving in secret from one another and around the supposed massive fleet of the Hutts. The Pubs were also pressing the attack on the Imps, who were losing. Makeb also brought gravitational issues to any landing parties and the planet was of the verge of exploding. No ome would be trying to fly in and evacuate. They better escape, best they can, on their own lol.

I was interested in Shara Jenn as a character and the lore surrounding the team of the Imperial Intelligemce as a whole from the Imperial Agent Class Story, wish there wouldve been more content of them (not just the goodbye on Rishi)

I want to see a follow up to the Agent as Legate defector from the end of the origin story. There is a little tag of it at the end of Shadow of Revan, but nothing since and it would work perfectly into the new saboteur story line, which also is kinda peetering out.

There was some of these you mentioned that "I" as a humongus Story & Lore Geek - Tottaly forgotten about!!
Like the Voidwolf / & the command over the pirate/smuggler ring. One Detail about the Smuggler story/journey
( Except is far the worst story of them all ) Is that, they implied that you as a Player could vissit
"Port Nowhare" anytime "one" wanted durin the journey (after you got introduced to it) -couse If I dont recall it wrong, many (more or less) Important Npc's you meet durin the story says we could meet them at Port Nowhare - before it got raided.
The Life prolonging machine I didnt recall it at all - now I cant stop thinking of it.
The Ghosts doe is one thing I have been Wonder about, but not as much as- DARTH JADUS !!!!
I have had some other plotlines that I have thinking of - but now I cant really remember it at this moment =/

When you play The Eternal Throne saga with an agent Valkorian shows Jadus in the dream. Maybe I remember this incorrectly but I think Jadus is dead. I agree, the inquisitor ghosts should've returned at some point

What about the one surviving dread master at the end of the entire arc. It is hinted the republic takes them to the jedi and it is never followed up on.

They're many reasons but it simply boils down to three; time, budget, and incompetence of EA (which honestly involves the other two). Bioware (the studio in charge of SWTOR at the time) could only do so much for what is given to them by EA and considering how disastrous the sales were from the Hutt Cartel Xpac, alot of the budget was strained. Right after the Revan xpac and before the Eternal Throne/Fallen Empire xpac, there was supposed to be an expansion detailing the events going on in the Rishi Maze and OUTSIDE the galaxy, but EA killed the project in its Alpha phase because of...well time and money. EA told Bioware to either focus on Fallen Empire and Eternal Throne (which we both know would be successes) and keep being in charge of SWTOR or try your luck again with this xpac like they did with Hutt Cartel and lose the game along with most of the staff being fired. The choice was obvious and it's a shame because 4/5 plot threads that you're describing could've been talked about here.
The only real lesson here is that EA sucks most of the time. I really wanted more ops dedicated to the Dread Masters where they got directly involved (like Scum and Villainy) instead of indirectly (like Explosive Conflict or Terror from Beyond) but EA doesn't know how to manage a studio for the player's wants. Sadly.

      Arcann Tribute. Several theories
      1) simple power play. Zakul doesn't need the power but the fact he has the fire power to get both of the galaxy superpowers to pay him is something to flex. Especially to any dissenters.
      2) emergency fund. Yes, Zakul doesn't need for much, but that might not always be the case. This especially so if Arcann is forced off and he needs to rebuild. That's gonna take.money
      3) to really cripple the enemy. This could tie into 1). Note Arcann isn't stopping the two sides from going at each other's throats and doesn't care that both are breaking the arm's treaty. By draining them financially and both sides still trying to kill each other, neither can exactly go after him once the smoke clears but their military might is already damaged and they don't have the funds to rebuild and sustain their fleets. He could easily come in, take out the winner, and just officially takeover

My biggest unresolved issue is "What happens to other protagonists during your carbonite nap" - something that never will be answered but the fact they randomly disappear based on whom you choose to play as is terrible writing and total bs.
I guess since My Jedi Consular is the Commander of the Alliance and some companions are class specific - SW took Jaesa, SI took Ashara, IA took Vector, BH took Mako, S took Risha, JK took Doc, T took Tano Vik and they have massive orgies somewhere in the galaxy together.
Seriously, its so bad. Some of the companions dont even make sense - on Ossus you should be able to recruit Jaesa, Ashara, Doc and Nadia regardless of which force sensitive class you are because the people are there and imo all of them would wanna contibute to the war effort - even if they all start at lvl 1 influence because Jaesa just didnt hear about Sith Inquisitor at all etc.
