Sir made this chops today and it is so delicious! Going to have it with Atta Parotta for dinner. I first parboiled boiled the big pieces of carrot potato and pumpkin (I used pumpkin instead of cauliflower) and then added it to the gravy. Cooking it in the gravy from the start will take a long time and the coconut gravy might split with cooking it for so long.
So heart touching to see the way whole lot of family shares knowledge so selflessly.. so inspiring sir..u set a great example of how humans should be.
