@Gourav Kochar this is a family friendly place. Yes, it is a society but some owners rent their units through booking.com or air bnb. So you can stay for short term here. By the way you can check Seven Seas Condo. That place is good too and there is a public transportation nearby with 7/11 outside the building. Lots if shops outside the building too.
