River Rats Explore Flooded Anclote River Tropical Storm Debby

6/25/12 I had to check on my business but couldn't cross the river by truck so my friends and I set a goal to reach it by boat and thanks to two iPhones and google maps we made it from the mouth of the Anclote river to Elfers Parkway, New Port Richey. Thats the highest the river has been in over 60 years
