The bus is so nice, it has TV too, I would rather take it over a plane. Siem reap's airport is further away from the city, you would still need to take taxi about 1h and it would cost more than the price of the bus from Phnom Penh. You made the right choice.

I live in BKK1 in PP and have taken this bus to Siem Reap to spend a few days in Angkor Wat, twice now...its very nice and for $20 very reasonable. I recommend anyone leaving PP traveling to see Angkor Wat to take the bus. It's a bit longer but worth it.
I know, you are from Toronto in Canada Back to 2022 I went to Vancouver at Whistler resort for skiing and I love it, I plan to go back to ski in Whistler again and at the same year I went to Niagara Falls I spent about a week in Canada side I love it as well. Always enjoyed your video contents.😊😊😊
