Hey there, as far as books go, “Battling the Host of Hell” by Win Worley is a great option. “Curse Breaking” by Bob Larson covered generational curses very well, which is an important aspect of level 3.
Meaning that princes deliverance methodology isn’t the most thorough, but it’s pretty good. I believe growing I gifts is about using your gifts and growing in intimacy. A good book on intimacy is Good Morning Holy Spirit. For using the gifts, you can look up “Hands of Fire” the Fire Academy Text book by Ben Wisan
