I would say 8/10 for feel and 6/10 for touch. I feel like I need to break them in more still and they’re still a little stiff. But I also buy my cleats 1 size smaller because it makes it easier to cut and gives a better feel to each touch, so overall id say they’re great and very similar to every other Tiempo I’ve ever worn.
For training I either wear regular Nike socks or I wear grip socks, but for games I always wear grip socks under my regular socks. Grip socks aren’t too expensive you can get like a 3 pack on Amazon for $15
