- Despite protests, the Met Gala went off without a hitch. The biggest stars wore eye-popping gowns that fit into this year's fairy-tale garden theme. Zendaya made not one but two red-carpet arrivals. She made her first appearance in a dress adorned with fruit and birds. Two hours later, she returned to the carpet in a black gown by John Galliano designed in 1996. She also wore a headpiece of roses.
Zendaya is the only one who absolutely slayed this theme

Zendaya does not look "pale." The weather has just fairly recently gotten consistently warm. Zendaya probably just hasn't been in the sun enough to get tanned. She looks healthy. Might be just a little tired from flying all over the world doing back-to-back promotional tours for DUNE:PART TWO and CHALLENGERS.
