It’s actually interesting that Hank was surprised by Chara’s powerful attack near the end (you know, the one where a red knife with white circles impaled him and had him floating in the air) it’s really interesting to see Hank, who fought a demonic clown, has never seen an attack like Chara’s

Fun fact Hank has an ability called "Rule of Cool" it allows him to do things that he shouldn't be able to do in any way so long as it seems cool. Krinkels has pretty much confirmed everything Hank does that seems impossible is "The rule of cool my dude." Also Krinkels has confirmed hank is not a Grunt through Project Nexus 1 and 2 who is really hard to kill since the higher powers like to see him fight and cause destruction, and is an enhanced essentially metahuman before becoming a Mag, and after becoming a Mag is nearing employer level strength
I like the fact that people are realizing that Hank is just a grunt who's really good at not dying. He can't just say "no" like Tricky or The Auditor can.

Ok, so here's my thoughts on some possible different outcomes.
1. If we give both characters their standard arsenal with no special rules and it takes place in the UT universe then chara wins, she would RESET, Save, and Load and go back in time to figure out how to combat hank and eventually claim the victor if Hank could dodge her knives at all.
2. If this takes place in the MC verse then chara is much weaker, her powers are linked to a SAVE file and thus can't use them outside of her own verse due to their not being any floating stars in Madness Combat, but would still likely win since Hank would HAVE to dodge her knife due to it being strong enough to eradicate a timeline.
3. Theoretically speaking if this takes place in the UT verse and DETERMINATION can be applied to anyone regardless of what verse they are from, Hank could actually beat her, let's say that all of Hank's kills count as LOV or EXP, and the fact that Hank's canonical kill count is 587, which to my knowledge, is far more then Frisk has ever gotten in the genocide route which means that Hank would have more determination then Chara and means that she would lose her ability to RESET while Hank would probably gain it, giving him an easy win. (Keep in mind that this is just a theory though).
Theory 1. Hank has been known to dodge bullets so it’s safe to say he can dodge knifes but chara would win due to resets.
Theory 2. Hank would win as all hank needs to do is get a lot of guns and place where he knows best or just do what he did to tricky stab his head with a axe.
Theory 3. His a grunt not a human and let’s say he does pull it of and it indeed a human his kill count is 692 if we count the zombies and tricky minions and the max we have seen is lv 20 that means hank is better due to more combat experience and experience in the unknown but that’s a big if.
@@fastares4553 exactly! I agree with the combat experience but I think Chara's fighting experience fighting the monsters would go against them. Since monsters dont do melee Chara only knows the sloppy stab and slash and doesn't know how to block or parry with a knife. They also wouldn't know how to defend themselves when against an opponent like Hank which has tons of combat experience even In this form. Just to clarify this hank is from before he dies to tricky the first time, meaning that he isn't at the height of his skill level yet but he stll has plenty of experience.

When you think about it, Hank kinda went easy on Chara considering that he didn’t go into any of his phases when he got Chara to go through phases and she was still getting owned. The fact that phase 1 Hank was kicking Chara’s ass meant that if Hank went into other phases like he did to Flippy, Hank most likely would have won. Although, this is 1\2 endings so I can’t complain. It’s a great animation man, keep it up 👍

Actually, both of them can't die. Tricky always revives Hank to play with his own food, while Chara has the save button.

Wow! This is amazing! I think I drew a roughly when I first saw it, the more the action is awesome! However, there's one thing that's unfortunate. At the end, when Chara tried to kill Hank, as the beginning of Madness combat episode 6, I would have liked Hank to have refused to did and continued the story. Well, it doesn't matter if there are two endings anyway, but it would have been a good idea to continue with the story like this. Even though I'm from the different country(korea), I've been watching videos very funny since I appeared in the algorithm. And I did it subscribe too. Thank you for making a lot of funny videos, and I hope you will make a lot of good videos in the future!
This ending really has flaws:
We begin with that Hank does not have such a bad aim, besides that in the canonical games and animations we see that he is brutally flying in his reflexes and in avoiding attacks but hey, it has been a good animation :v

This was sick. Honnestly i didn't expect the fight to goes this way. I imagined a whole other scenario where chara legit just keep getting killed by hank concidering that he is more experienced ? But as it keeps going chara get used to his moves and overpower him at the end. But instead chara legit died once because They were off guard 💀and then legit burned him with those determination blasts. You're definetly influenced by some undertale fan made series such as glitchtale and interlopers right ?
I agree that chara should have died alot here, even more than the fight with sans since hank knows how to block and parry along with dodging, compared to sans only dodging. Hank would also figure out that killing them wouldn't just end things as its shown that hank isn't affected by loading a save. This is a double edged sword in that chara can whittle down Hanks stamina, as it wouldn't restore itself when a save is loaded
Hank isn't " more experienced ", chara fought Sans billions of times, considering that sans is stronger then hank by like, 5x times because of his magic, hank just caught chara of guard, they didn't expect hank to have a fricking gun After all.

Hank: A skilled Grunt that keeps coming back to life due to his partners (Deimos and Sanford) or more commonly the clown (Tricky), is able to parry many things, block AND dodge bullets.
Chara: a child's soul who died and came back and probably watches Frisk/player, isn't skilled as they just fight the same enemy over and over again, can come back due to their determination and also save points.
Probability: Chara will struggle to defeat Hank as they are more skilled then Chara, but will eventually defeat Hank as they will know every move he has and eventually tire him, and then comes the finishing blow.
(If you are questioning why I called Hank and Chara 'they' it's because the wiki says that they have no gender [I forgot the term for it] both of them)

this battle is really unfair for hank even if he is not as strong as jebus, tricky or the auditor (which if we take into account that chara can return infinitely through the control point they would end up losing sooner or later) hank is still quite strong and in fact, surely many times more than a grunt if we take his exploits into account.

Remember, this isn’t regular madness 7 hank. This is Depredation Hank. The hank in madness 5, which is why he doesn’t have his metal jaw. So maybe when hank dies in ending 2, he turns into madness 6 hank aka Antipathy Hank.

Let me just say I prefer Hank winning instead of Chara and here’s why.
In Undertale , the canon version of Chara doesn’t really have any access to magic at all and this video does represent that they are trying to follow the canonical ver.
Also Chara is just a child. Even tho they can reload the save file, Hank doesn’t really have a pattern while fighting. it’s just pure “Madness”
Also Let me just say this. Chara couldn’t have access to frisk’s body since they only appear at Lvl 20 as a ghost. It may seem they are evil but in reality they are not. They are misjudged since when you first encounter them it may look at that stand point that Chara is evil.
Also to be off topic, I have seen people thinking Tricky couldn’t beat Chara at Lvl 20, He could actually, it would just be a stalemate. They also stated that the “ Erase “ button would help them in the fight against the madness lover clown, Let me just give you the actual purpose of the Erase button.
The whole reason to have an Erase button is to Erase the Timeline so everything could be normal again. Its basically just a reset button but with more power.
If Chara used the Erase button, It wouldn’t just erase Tricky but it would erase Chara too and the whole timeline. It would be a stalemate If Chara has pressed.
By the way, Hank’s kill count is tripled to what Chara’s or Frisk’s kill count.The only reason why Frisk has gain LOVE so fast was not because of killing but hatred.
Anyways back to the topic at hand.
But here is the problem tho, Hank really never gets tired while fighting. The only reason why Frisk or the “ Player “ was able to pass through was because of cheating.
Chara doesn’t interfere on the cheating against Sans scandal.

Hank also would just kill them anyways without needing anything else but a knife as he is one of the best close combat characters I had ever seen.

Chara reset the timeline so he will have more predictable pattern as time go and chara will eventually kill him and keep in mind this chara seems like the fanon one that's stronger then the canon Chara fanon Chara would wipe hank easily faster then this animation fight lasted

But I was thinking, but what if by the logic of the "love" level obtained by violence, Hank also had that in the undertale world? His "love" would be much bigger than the chara's since its maximum is 20lv when he eliminates all the monsters. So if she eliminated an entire race and was left with only twenty, imagine Hank that, having eliminated an entire country with powerful beings, how high would his "love" be? So I think Hank can beat Chara even in the Undertale universe. I think you could show that in the second final.

And even if Chara didn't have as much Love as 20 then Hank wouldn't have either since he eliminated an entire country and under the undertale rule every person who enters the undertale world can have the power of reset because of determination. taking into account this fact Hank would already arrive in undertale with a very high lv much higher than 22 (which was the estimated value of the chara you mentioned).

Yet another great animation. I have been looking through the comments though and everybody keeps hyping chara up as this being with ultimate power when they really aren't. This has nothing to do with the animation itself because I think it was done very well, but people keep saying that Chara is unbeatable when that is far from the truth. For one, Chara is only so powerful because they are in their own world. If they were in any other world then the logic from their world wouldn't necessarily apply to the one they traveled to. I'm pretty sure that whole erase the timeline thing only applies to the Undertale world, however if they traveler to another world they would lose that ability because their world's logic only applies in Undertale. They also lose the ability to reset for the same reason, which for a lot of super powerful being makes Chara easy pickings. The Undertale world is treated like a game with abilities like erasing timelines(erasing your save file) and resetting after death which are both things you do as a player in most videogames, but not all worlds work like this. Other videogames don't count deaths or loaded saves as abilities characters have because the world they are in isn't made of code. So if your main character dies and respawns it isn't seen as a real event that plays out in the story, but Undertale does because that is how THEIR world works. If Chara were in another videogame world that didn't work like their own did then they couldn't reset, they couldn't save or load, and they couldn't erase the timeline. Even then Chara is nowhere near unbeatable even in the Undertale world. There are some super powerful beings that completely ignore resets and timeline deletion and are more then powerful enough to not only kill Chara at their strongest, but prevent them from resetting which would eliminate them permanently. Chara is not all-powerful and compared to a lot of other videogame characters could be considered very weak in comparison. Here is an example of a losing match-up for Chara. Chara is in dreamland and is facing Kirby, Chara loses and here is why. They aren't in the undertale universe so they couldn't reload when they die and they can't erase the timeline either, they would have to beat Kirby on their first try. They could keep the power they gained from LOVE because that doesn't control the reality they are currently in, but they would be unable to gain more most likely. Chara in this state is still powerful, but not powerful enough. Kirby is strong enough to punch planets in half and with his warp star can travel at the speed of light or faster. He has also fought and defeated many insanely powerful beings that could be considered gods. Kirby is also capable of tanking attacks on the level of small blackholes which is insane and is a master at adaptability with his copy ability. Kirby could tank anything Chara threw at him and hit them back ten time harder, not only that but his copy ability would let him copy Chara's abilities as well if he manages to suck them up. Knowing that Chara is a close range fighter and wouldn't know what Kirby is capable of they would likely find themselves inhaled before they could do anything to stop it. He could also just inhale their knife to gain a knife of his own and leave Chara weaponless because canon Chara can't just summon a new one. It would be a one-sided fight that Chara couldn't win without help or extreme luck. Now if Kirby was in the undertale universe he still has a chance to win. In their own world Chara would have all these sava and load abilities along with timeline erasure, but if Kirby ate them and gained these powers himself alongside his own already insane power he could still defeat Chara. This just goes to show that Chara isn't all they are cracked up to be and people should understand that.
why did you write several paragraphs on something you're wrong about? It is proven that saving and erasing is an actual thing because there was another character who had those same abillities before they were taken in exchange for the player. The way you save and load in undertale is by being the most determined being in your world, and you become determined enough to refuse to die.

My point still stands because I was talking about how saving and loading is a thing in the undertale world, but not in other ones that don't share the same rules. Your point doesn't make sense because said other character is still in undertale and has never been to another universe. It is clear that flowey had the ability before the player comes in, but that doesn't prove anything because you are still talking about events that played out in the undertale universe and not an unrelated one. So no, I believe I am very much right.

I'm not a madness combat fanboy that refuses to let a character from that series lose. Wherever you got the idea that I was pissed at the videos conclusion is beyond me. I was just stating that Chara is not in fact unstoppable and explaining why, I never said anything about hating the fact they won. Of course Hank would lose in this scenario all of the odds are against him and while he is an expert fighter he doesn't have anything to counter Chara's abilities here. Maybe you shouldn't assume that someone is angry when you don't know for sure, next time you should pay closer attention.

That doesnt just increase by killing.
You capacity to hurt can increase by such a strong feelings as anger and hatred, which makes the L.O.V.E to Level Up whitout the need of killing.
At the corridor they are Level 19.
If you add hatred, they would get the last thing they needed to Level Up.
There you have Your Level 20.

It all depends on what version of Chara you are using, if is normal Chara then it would be something very easy for Hank, any other version would be just Hank being bullied like this, but it still unfair in all the ways due to Chara being able to reset and save, unless Hank doesn't destroy it soul but keep it and bring it to asgore or just absorb it
It doesn't depend of which version it is, hank dies even if it is little tale Chara, Chara is literally immortal and doesn't show mercy, unlike tricky that does everything for fun and always revives hank

I think we're all agree, the only way Hank would possibly beat Chara would be with help of either the Monitor or Hank, but by first, they should take rid of her erase and reset button.
Ifnot even with their help they would be doomed.
Hank is just a overhuman grunt with a low % improbability drive and high strenght and a lot of weapons.
Chara is a fallen "human" Who has already died before, able to come back from death memorize every move so she doesnt make the same mystake again, able to erase a whole universe with one single Slash, able to go back on time.
The rest of moves that appeared are non-cannonic.
As the reference to Glitchtale Chara in Hope episode when stabbing hate.

Hank isn't affected by resets so chara couldn't memorize his moves, they would do the same thing they did with sans except just by simply throwing themselves at hank over and over again

The thing that would literally be bullshit is if they fought the auditor chances of winning for them are nothing but yeah I can agree with hank losing in this one. Auditor literally can’t take damage unless you had what hank had in madness 10-9. It’d basically be the equivalent of fighting void gaster who literally can’t die no matter how much you hate them.
Mmm. Mostly because one of if not the hardest bosses was a lazy skeleton that side stepped. I can see how a trained assassin who isn’t lazy and has dodged plenty of faster attacks than a knife can win. Also let me remind you, hank killed chara with one bullet at the start of the animation. And if chara didn’t have plot armor she would’ve died plent of more times considering how accurate hank actually is.

This is probably a pretty realistic battle between these 2. Chara pretty much has infinite power with their ability to reset/save/load, whereas Hank has a lot more physical power and strategy. Chara would've lost in the first minute without their power to load, seeing how they were instantly shot.
