Hi, My machine spills ground coffee below the brew group, almost a cup a week. Is there a solution to this problem?

Ok, my problem is similar to the one you describe except I have water coming from the back of the machine also. Any Ideas what it could be?

It is I, Alex from Belgium: the guy who wants to buy parts on ebay :-)

PS: if i open up the electronics behind the control buttons, There is a dip switch who says: SHORT= Giro, OPEN = Go . Do i have found a secret Goodie ? :-) Do u know what we can do with it ?
Also, is there a way that we can upgrade ourselfs to the DECAL procedure V2.0 ? My machine is from 2010, so i still have DECALprocedure V1.0. They say if the machine is made after 2011, OR had a service, then U have DECALproced. V2.0
