I used ibis paint but it's brushes have pixels..
You need to get some kind of membership to get the ability to use vectors (and many other things), the first month IS free, but beyond that, its 2.99 per month, or 27.99 if you want to pay yearly.

Thought vector programms dont have pixels
Some of the software we mention have a hybrid system, supporting both raster and vector. For example, I used Affinity Designer and Opentoonz, they support both technologies.

Ibispaint is raster not vector. It is my favorite and I wish it did draw in both.

I can't find a Adobe illustrator draw on Android :( , the result when I try to find on column search is Adobe Capture, it is the same ?
illustrator draw and photoshop draw both apps were removed and combined into a single app called adobe fresco. as of now that app is only available on ios and not on android.. i miss illustrator draw it was so fun to draw on it and its just gone now... i've tried fresco on ios but its not as good as illustrator draw was...

What happened to adobe draw
The company ended support for that app (we mentioned it on our website). The go-to free alternative now is known as Adobe Fresco.

Im sad that nothing is good for my work, all I gotta do is fix other artists stuff so its usable, but none of these allow me to resize perfectly. Infinite design is basically the only one that is usable for some real work if you make something from scratch, but I still need to export and use a pc, damn it.
