I'm just a simple work over rig operator with no continued education and enjoying your videos. Learning a lot. I'm sure you'll cover it or have but some problems ive encountered are operations errors not properly mitigating work string scale on the completion side of operations. Thanks and keep up the videos with this awesome info.

Thanks man! Glad to have ya on the channel and to add some value! Can you elaborate what you mean by "work string scale?" You talking about string weight...pipe heavy v. pipe light?

I'm talking about the pipe that is brought out before use. There have been occasions that problems have occurred where plug offs in a drill bit happen due to corrosion with pipe that is being used to drill. Operators at times will use the same pipe on multiple wells and that can be a problem if not properly cleaned or "drifted". This can be done with a cylinder type piece of metal just a little smaller than the inside diameter of the pipe being used to drill.

I Have a situation that requires your help:
Scale damaging my shipping pump mechanical seal every 2 months...can't find effective solution.
In fact, we find loads of sediments on the suction filters of the pump which the lab results indicate to be scales. For over 6 months we have been injecting anti-scale (IDOS) in our Wells, but so far no good results....need help.
    I'm a field Engineer!

100’s of gallons of acid, not on my stripper production...you will ruin your well. You have to be very careful when acidizing a well. You will chase your oil away with that much acid.

Thanks for the note! Yeah stripper wells are their own breed!
