  • I discuss my hairline fracture on my wrist, my sprained ankle, and herniated disc injuries of 2023, the sum of which led me to truly value my health and come up with more specific goals about health and wellness.
    I recommend three books that have served me in this video: Overcoming Gravity, Becoming a Supple Leopard, and The Body Keeps the Score.
